Diana + (pinhole) / Velvia 100 (exp. 2007) || I took this photo outside the Tucson Electric Power plant. A TEP guard caught sight of me, parked his vehicle right next to mine and observed me hawklike the whole time I was there. He wanted to make sure that I and my Diana were not up to any suspicious activities, like photographing the plant for terrorist associates.

I knew this Islands Girl, sometimes she caught me looking at her, watching her, thinking about her; and somehow she'll mumble... "What are you thinking?"

and I'll say: "That you are Miss Universe without a crown."

And she'll smile, one of those "you're right smiles", another one of those "you have a way of kissing me with your words smiles", and she'll smile some more; because I could not stop watching her.

She had that Caribbean smell, that Carnival way of moving, that coming and going that made me go "wowwwwwww".
