Arts and Craft time with Grandma is one of the things that the kids look forward to when they go to Meaford. And daddy likes it too because it usually gives us a couple of hours to get out of the house and into town - kid free :)
Supplies Needed:
Paper
Paintbrushes
Tacky Glue (very important)
Shaving Cream
Food Coloring
Directions:
Mix equal parts of shaving cream and tacky glue. Then, add desired food coloring. (If using food coloring that is a liquid, you might have to add more shaving cream and tacky glue for the paint to stay thick. The dye that works the best is Wilton's icing coloring.)
Once the paint is ready, paint your picture. Be sure to put the paint on thick, otherwise, it will just shrivel up. The more you use, the puffier it will be, but also, the longer it will take to dry!

Representing the new generation of modern ultra premium Gins, our craft Gin is a contemporary London Dry Gin of limited production – small batch distilled – with botanical character and a fascinating aromatic profile which harmonically balances the captivating aromas of citrus fruits and spring flowers with the robust aromatic body of juniper and cretan herbs.
Αn elegant Gin of cosmopolitan attitude, refined nose and long lasting, silky aftertaste which gushes freshness and unrivaled charm. A Gin that certainly deserves to be enjoyed … Solo, with tonic or as a base for minimalistic, aromatic cocktails.

I made two of these in Feb. 08 for myself and a friend. I took the Paperchase monsters phone charms and put them on a bracelet. I love wearing mine and the little bells make a nice tinkling sound.

Elle is a children's librarian at a local parish library, and so for Mother's Day, the library held a tea and craft session for mothers and daughters (and one son). Here Elle is distributing out the craft -- a foam teapot picture frame with all sorts of doodads with which to decorate it.
A craft we did in Sunday School and then kept making, and making, and making at home.
