I have been carrying this vintage tin of expensive perfume and body powder. Itâs quite old, if anyone has any idea of how old it is please let me know. Info: Richard Alexander Hudnut (June 2, 1855 â October 30, 1928)[1] was an American businessman recognized as the first American to achieve international success in cosmetics manufacturing.[2] The company once maintained separate US and European headquarters on Fifth Avenue in New York City and on the Rue de la Paix in Paris, respectively.

For your Summertime fashion fun look no further. LeâLa has just released this flirtatiously gorgeous Gayathri center tied top, jeans, and platform heels outfit. If you like to mix things up color-wise, you will absolutely love what Mia has created for you!
The fatpack outfit comes with 40 top textures, 30 different color jeans, and 20 different colors to choose from for the heels. (Wow! Imelda Marcos would be jealous!)
To complement the rich tropical colors for the outfit, I chose Booty's Beauty Nuwa Eyeshadow 6 in hues of yellow and green gradients. Booty certainly is one of the best cosmetologists here in SL to help you enhance and show off your look with endless possibilities.
Both the LeâLa Gayathri outfit and Bootyâs Beauty Nuva Eyeshadow are exclusive available at Swank Events for May â22.

During a video shooting. After so google researchs, it turns out that it is RuÌta MazÌeikieneÌ, a lithuanian cosmetologist
There was something about the look of the
gray-haired fella that looked "familiar" to me.
Ever, see a face, a person, who ya think ya know,
but seeing them out of context- throws you-off
recognizing where ya know them?
Like if you "knew" your friends Doorman,
and then saw them at a Street Festival?
It wasn't just that I happen to notice other gray haired guys;
was either someone I'd worked with, or maybe I thought someone I knew from my past life in the Food/Hospitality Industry or maybe? a fella I knew from years ago,
down on The Commodity Markets Trading Floor ? -
that was several decades ago, though....
Then.....
I thought- there's an ex-Chicago Tribune Columnist -
John Kass.....who I'd seen at Events before-
maybe? it's him.....??
wgnradio.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/6/2015/07/chinews-j...
My curiosity wouldn't let me leave without uncovering this mystery-man's familiarity - so, after finishing my Katsu Don - I get-up and approach him and his much younger dining companion to ask him "where
do I know u from"? > which leads to - nowhere.
Richard M. Petite, is a
Retired Industrial Hygienist (......OK?) - who
happened to be meeting his "daughter" for a lunch + a planned Dog-Date/Dog-play-date in a nearby suburban
Forest Preserve.
So- now, if I ever need an Industrial Environmental Engineer,
or a Cosmetologist (who seemed kinda judgmental),
I know who to call.

June 26 Is Beauticians Day
Today is for showing appreciation for all those who help with our appearance. Beauticians are cosmetologists who may work in a wide variety of fields. Among other things, they may be hair stylists, manicurists, pedicurists, skin care or cosmetics experts, and electrologists. They are consultants who give beauty advice, and they work their magic to make us look and feel good.
How to Observe
Celebrate the day by visiting your usual beautician or beauticians. Bring them a giftâyou could get them something personalized to put at their workstation, or give them a gift certificate so they can enjoy some of the services they usually provide for you. It can also be a day to support their business. Get a face cleanse, a manicure, or a haircut. Ask them for advice when it comes to your hair or anything else related to beauty. If you don't have a beautician, today is an excellent day to find oneâperhaps you could find one at one of the best hair salons in the country. You could also spend the day at a spa with friends, or plan a trip to one of the country's best spas. Is being a beautician something that appeals to you? Spend the day learning about some of the best beauty schools in the country.
With the recent COVID-19 protocols, many beauticians had to restrict their hours, and some can only take people by appointment. Please call in advance and make an appointment. Your beautician will appreciate your call.
Possibly as early as the later Roman Empire, and certainly continuing through the Renaissance into Industrialization (maybe even until the 1700s in some places) a "barber-surgeon" also performed tooth extraction, cupping, leeching, bloodletting, enemas, amputations, etc. However, today's barber poles represent little more than being a barber shop that cuts hair and does shaves. Barber poles have actually become a topic of controversy in the hairstyling business. In some states, such as Michigan in March 2012, legislation has emerged proposing that barber poles should only be permitted outside barbershops, but not traditional beauty salons. Barbers and cosmetologists have engaged in several legal battles claiming the right to use the barber pole symbol to indicate to potential customers that the business offers haircutting services. Barbers claim that they are entitled to exclusive rights to use the barber pole because of the tradition tied to the craft, whereas cosmetologists think that they are equally capable of cutting men's hair (though many cosmetologists are not permitted to use razors, depending on their state's laws). ⶠOn 24 April 2020, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp allowed gyms, fitness centers, bowling alleys, body art studios, barbers, cosmetologists, hair designers, nail care artists, estheticians, and massage therapists, among others to re-open, with theaters and dine-in restaurants to follow on 27 April. In March, Kemp had closed or curtailed operations of 'nonessential' business in Georgia for coronavirus concerns. Now, he has re-opened them even as deaths in Georgia from the disease have passed 900 and continue to rise.

I met Kathy while out on Saturday night as we got to the bar kind of early and at the same time. So we grabbed a table and got some cocktails and talked and got to know each other. Funny thing is that she is a hair stylist at a very nice salon not too far away and she has in fact worked on and styled wigs! Her equally attractive and fun friend taking the picture, Kim, works there too as their cosmetologist! Kim said I did a very good job an makeup and invited me to make an appointment if she I wanted to see what a professional makeup make over would look like. I just might be visiting that salon soon! I need a regular salon to go to down here anyway!

"People don't get what it is to be an addict. It's harder to fight than it sounds. Addiction's a disease -- it just keeps you coming back. When you're trying to do good, when you're in rehab trying to get better, the devil's out there getting stronger." -- Courtney
Courtney or "Lady," 22, has been in Hunts Point since she was 19, born and raised in the Bronx. Her sister introduced her to weed at 11, and she started sniffing coke with friends at 14. At 16, she tried angel dust. "When I was 17, I started getting heavy on angel dust. We would get real dusted, and I would black out. I've been raped on angel dust before, and that wasn't even a wake-up call to me." She started trying to sell crack at 19, until curiosity propelled her to try her own product. As her habit developed, a childhood friend introduced her to sex work to support her addiction. After four rehab programs, she's only found the last helpful, noticing moderate success when trying follow-up outpatient therapy. Throughout the ups and downs, her mom and younger siblings, moderately aware of her lifestyle, have remained loving. "I drove my mom crazy the whole time. She thinks I don't appreciate her, but I do. She's always been the only person there. She wants to see me do better."
"I keep coming out here and fucking up. I used to be so pretty. I want to get out of it -- that's my dream, to be a cosmetologist. I want to make people beautiful. I want to make all the girls who never saw their outer beauty see that as well as their inner beauty. I want to make them see that there's more to them than the streets and getting high. And if I don't make it there, I want to be a vet because I love animals."

Stranger 79/100 - Crystal
âPlease talk to me like Iâm someone you love.â
Meet Crystal.
What advice would you give to your younger self? âListen to your elders. {laughs}â
That sounds wise. Is that something you didnât do when you were younger? âYeah, Iâve done a lot of kicking myself through the years.â
What advice were they telling you that you didnât listen to? âBe careful who you hang around with⊠your friends and stuff. Birds of a feather flock together.â
I always heard that youâre the average of the five people you hang around with the most. âDefinitely⊠that too. I have a very small circle of people that I trust.â
What are your biggest challenges right now? âBeing open. Itâs hard for me to open up sometimes. Iâm a little more reserved⊠introvert.â
I am too. Does that keep you from doing things you want to do? âYeah, itâs like, I donât know, just the fear of rejection. I guess thatâs a really silly thing, but Iâve overcome a lot of it over the years. Itâs inevitable.â
Where do you want to be in ten years? âIâm a cosmetologist⊠that was one of my goals. I want to be financially stable, not have to work⊠as hard anyways. I love helping people⊠anything that involves helping others, Iâm very passionate about. You have to give back⊠I feel like I want to give back to people.â
How would your friends describe you? âThat Iâm very easy going, very loving and just maybe not as approachable. I would say Iâm very friendly. Iâm very open to suggestions. Give me my space, Iâll give you yours. Iâm very open to hearing other peopleâs opinions and ideas.â
If you could put a billboard up in Charlotte, what would it say? âPlease talk to me like Iâm someone you love.â
Technical Notes: I chose this photo, the first one we took, because of Crystalâs simple, elegant expression. It was incredibly windy that day, and Crystalâs hair was flying in every direction for most of the shots. I used a reflector to lighten up the right side of her face.

Georgia Governor Bryan Kemp begins to rescind his statewide stay-at-home order instituted to contain the coronavirus, even as the statewide death toll rises.
20 April 2020.
***************
ⶠâGov. Brian Kemp took the first step Monday to reopen a Georgia economy battered by social restrictions to contain the coronavirus [...] allowing certain businesses â gyms, fitness centers, bowling alleys, body art studios, barbers, cosmetologists, hair designers, nail care artists, estheticians, their respective schools & massage therapists, among others to open their doors on Friday [24 April 2020].
Kemp also announced that theaters and dine-in restaurants will be allowed to reopen on April 27. [Bars, nightclubs, operators of amusement park rides, and live performance venues will remain closed.] However, a statewide shelter-at-home order remains in effect through the end of the month.
Under the emergency powers granted him by the General Assembly, Kemp said the easing of business restrictions would be uniform statewide 'and will be the operational standard in all jurisdictions. This means local action cannot be taken that is more or less restrictive.'
The announcement came as Georgiaâs death toll from COVID-19, the disease caused by the new coronavirus, reached 775 by Monday evening â an increase of 86 since Sunday night. Laboratory tests have confirmed coronavirus diagnoses in more than 19,000 Georgians.
Public health experts warned he was all but inviting a new wave of infections. 'Itâs a very big risk,' said Dr. Marc Lipsitch, a professor of epidemiology at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. 'If you open up enough, itâs almost for certain the virus will hit Georgia again. Itâs just waiting for more susceptible people and more contacts. Thatâs how viruses work.'
Kemp was among the last of the nationâs governors to impose statewide social-distancing measures, and now is among the first to begin lifting them.â

i need a new hair stylist.....no i don't, i love my stylist and i think she loves me....(why else would she give me these great hair-dos)....... COMMENTS ANYONE??
My wife took this before she gave me a 6 month haircut. We married 63 years ago and she was an excellent Cosmetologist.
When the family (boys) arrived she left her job and became a full time mom. Trimmed the boys thru high school.
One of the up sides of being a cosmetologist and a photographer is when your daughter decides to have pink and orange hair and take a cool pic, I have all of that covered.
Today is an important day for the former Mattel cosmetologist. Nichole Burckles and her Husband Darren Taylor opened their own Salon & Spa.

I've met a few strangers today, most of them were Californians visiting Portland, as was Sarah here :-)
Sarah, 23 y/o, was born in Pasadena, California.
"I grew up there till about ten and then lived in Arizona for 11 years, then moved back to Los Angeles due to family.
I went to school for aesthetics. I currently work at a barber shop called 'The Executive Cut and Shave' as a receptionist.
I'm going to be attending school again to be a cosmetologist and barber.
My hobby is swing dancing. I have been dancing since I was 12, I do a little bit of everything but mostly swing, Lindy hop, and Charleston.
I go to mostly social dancing events, but will join a friend of mine that's been dancing for a year to his private lessons to help assist while he is learning. I love helping him out with learning and seeing his enthusiasm towards dancing."
"What is your message, a word of advice to the world, Sarah? Anything you would like to share?"
"My advice is to love someone as much as you can before they are gone and to never stay mad. The love of my life, Brandon, passed away back in February of 2014. My biggest regret was that the last time I spoke and saw him, a couple of days before he passed in a car accident, I had been mad at him.
He had a very beautiful free soul. I'm sure he is doing great wherever he is and knows I love and miss him very much, even though I didn't let him know that the last time I saw him."
"What is your struggle/ challenge right now, Sarah?"
"I have a son, Dash Anakin, I love him very much. He is one and a half y/o. I was a fulltime mother up until about a couple of months ago. I then asked his father if he could take care of our son fulltime for a little bit so I could get back on my feet and live on my own--since I had moved to California and was staying with family. He said yes, but took off to Illinois, where he's from, with my son.
The father of my child is a great dad, but unfortunately he is not the kindest person to me.
I have trouble believing I'm a good mother with the situation I've been put in. I'm taking advantage to build my career and be more financially stable so I will be able to have my son fulltime again though. I will do anything to have my son back and provide for him. He's my little man!"
"What advice would you give the younger you, Sarah?"
"I think I would tell the younger me to not pay attention to what everyone has to say about me. It took a while for me to get over that so I could love myself. Also I would have told myself to have not isolated myself so much. I get a lot of social anxiety and sometimes have a hard time getting over it in some situations whether it be with people I know or don't know due to spending so much time alone growing up.
It's funny because I realise I can look really intimidating, but I'm probably more intimated by everyone else. I can be completely fine one day and the next I can be completely closed off to the world.
I feel like going social dancing helps that anxiety sometimes. I hope to fully get over this problem."
BTW, Sarah's chest tattoo says: "one of these days you will learn to love again". It's lyrics from a song called 'Life and Death' by 'The Dear Hunter'.

Thank you so much, Sarah, for being so open, friendly and kind. I wish you to have the strength to overcome the difficulties in your life right now and get your son back.
Sarah thanked me in an email:
"Thank you for the experience! The pictures are great and my hair looks so blue đ
I checked out your photo blog. I really enjoyed looking at all the pictures and reading what you had to say about every picture. I bet you are learning a lot about the Portland culture which is really awesome!"
I saw this beautiful Southern Gerenuk at the San Diego Zoo.

French fashion designer, Countess Danielle du Voisin, has stamped her golden dollar sign on the international market with a bed & breakfast chĂąteau, in France, her famous five-star celebrity restaurant, Ma Maison, in Italy, one high-profiled vineyard off the coast of Los Angeles, and a personal chain of lavish hotels and hilltop resorts sprinkled throughout the northern hemisphere! Her life, like that of her fellow designers, is very cosmopolitan and enables her to maintain several mansions and estates in other parts of the world. Sometimes more is MOREâa whole lot more! That's definitely the case with her over-the-top grand villa, in Rome. In keeping with its history, Villa La Casa has its own wine cellar, as well as a heated pool, spa, floodlit tennis court, gym, a menagerie of exotic birds and animalsâthe Jabiru Storks and Scarlet Macaws swoop through seven acres of gardens to greet the guestsâwater toys and boats galore, a two-story movie screen on the beach, and a DJ booth in the lounge area! Life is smooth when you're able to shell out a cool $188,000 for a well-deserved annual getaway, like Dani! However, sunny California is really where it's at for this wealthy couturier who has resided there since 1985, and is also the same year she came into view while striding up the walkway of Starlight Mansion to greet Jem and the Holograms, in âDisaster!â The four Pop stars were still coming to grips with the destruction of their foster home and didn't know where to turn. While discussing their options, Jerrica came up with an idea to visit the film producer, Howard E. Sands, to ask a favor that would hopefully allow them to live in his mansion until they found another solution for shelter. And after explaining in depth the details of their loss, Howard agreed to help and issued them their own set of keys and full access to his privately owned property. Heads turned, whispers flowed, and voices carried as Danielle made her entrance, leaving only the scent of Chanel in her path and a demonstration of aristocratic class. The moment she approached the group, she noticed a huge hole in the wall of the servants quarters (caused by Zipper) and apologized to Howard for his misfortune. Mr. Sands thanked her, followed by a formal introduction to Jem and the Holograms. About a second into the conversation, she recognized the girls as Pop music's current New Wave sensation, and Jem quickly offered to perform for her, but Danielle dispelled the thought of performing and invited them to join her at her party upon her yacht instead. Howard confirmed the invite and Danielle waved with a gesture of appreciation as she walked away and directly into the path of the Misfits and their manager, Eric Raymond! As usual, Eric started to lay it on thick, boasting up a storm about his position in the music business. And, after introducing her to his all-female hairband, he began popping off about how they were the next big thing to hit the scene, and that they would make a great addition to her party. Danielle, offended by Eric's decision to even approach her, disagreed with a loud guffaw and said that they were not invited! The nighttime was the right time for partying down while skimming across the high sea on her most treasured yacht. Danielle's guest list read more like a roll call for the Golden Globes with well-known actors, directors and designers, all gathered together engaging in stimulating conversation and sipping Dom PĂ©rignon, including media mogul, Lin-Z Pierce, and accomplished Hollywood director, Anthony Julian. Danielle provided each guest with their very own waiter, and she hired a team of security guards to help keep everything in order throughout the night. Feeling left out of the evening's festivities, Pizzi, the green-haired scream-queen and her motley crew pulled up in a speedboat with the hunger to crash and trash the party, and they were absolutely untamable during their attack on Dani's guests, flinging food, throwing drinks, flipping tables, breaking dishes and spraying water everywhere. Then, in an effort to outdo herself, Pizzazz decided that she would inject a dash of life into the big bash by tampering with the controls, which sent the yacht racing into a huge oil tank! The captain and crew banded together in a struggle to regain control of the wheel while tipping the cruiser from side to side and tossing its passengers everywhere. Off to the side, while in the arms of her handsome companion, Jem lost her step and slipped overboard. If there was any one moment on the yacht when time stood still, it was those first few seconds, when Rio reached out to grab Jem by the hands while coasting across the water at speeds up to 100 miles! Using the taffrail for leverage, he gripped her wrists with all the strength he had and, after a brief struggle, pulled her aboard to safety. Once the head count was complete, the party resumed on the calm sea and Danielle demanded to speak to the Punk-rockers for their careless actions. The opportunity for confrontation almost presented itself, when the Misfits re-emerged down below in their speedboat, praising their own savage behavior and taunting the famed designer and Jem about the frightening ordeal, then speeding off into the midnight hour. With one hand on her hip and the other softly caressing her chin, Dani deliberated over what to do about the accident and came to the conclusion that it wasn't worth her precious time to involve the law to apprehend such riffraff, just as long as they disappeared permanently!
The drama continued, in âFrame Upâ, when she directed a trendy fashion show for Jem and the Holograms and designed several elegant outfits for them to model on the runway. But, as usual, the Misfits were annoyed by the attention given to the four glamorous ladies of couture, so they flooded the show by turning the studio lights upwards facing the sprinkler system, causing the heat to trip the sensors and rain down on Jem, the Holograms, Danielle and the audience!
At the start of âStarbright, Part Oneâ, Howard Sands surprised Jem with a huge party to celebrate the start of her new movie, Starbright. During the entertainment, Danielle summoned Jerrica to the bedroom and presented her with what she called the âJem and the Holograms Fashionsâ, a clothing line that displayed an impressive set of colorful gowns for each band member. Jem was wild about her luminous, off-shouldered, pink feathered frock, and she supplied the guests with an eyeful, when she busted out her runway stomp through the crowd with a twirl or two. Countess' pink creation went on to grace the covers of several fashion magazines, including Harper's Bazaar's âPicks from â86â, and the only New Wave Italia edition of Vogue that first began circulating that year!
One of many well-known facts about Ms. Voisin is that she owns her own palazzo, in Venice, as seen during âIn Stitchesâ, when she put Shana and her girls up in her luxurious guest rooms for the Rock Fashion contest. She was one out of five judges that night and she stood by Shana's side as she cleaned up in the contest. You might say she got her vengeance, when the Misfits failed to win the competition due to fraud!
The millionaire was in desperate need of Jem's help, in âHollywood Jem, Part Oneâ, after an insubordinate actress refused to cooperate with Howard and his script. As usual, Danielle saved the day by suggesting to Howard that Jem would be the better choice for the role. He then hired her in a flash. Dani's good intentions came âStraight from the Heartâ the night she threw a party for her muse, RĂ©gine CĂ©saire, and introduced the up-and-coming designer to Jem and her entourage. Her intuition led her to believe that Shana would be influential to RĂ©gine, and she was quite right, for the two became fast friends and shared a bond of designing eye-catching, high-styled fashions together. As time went on, Danielle took RĂ©gine under her wing and led her through the fickle world of fashion while educating her with lessons in etiquette, competence, patience and loyalty. In her everyday life, Countess Danielle du Voisin is surrounded by an atmosphere of subservience to her wealth and being in the habit of returning the love to her close friends and assistants, treating every last one of them with dignity and respect. Those lucky enough to work with her are treated generally to an inside view as to how worldly and cultured she is, and are always grateful for the opportunity and experience. Fashion's glamour girl continues to prosper with the financial wherewithal to maintain her empire, allowing nothing to deter the path she's chosen and the goals she's set for herself. What is remarkable in her career is already accomplished, and whatever decisions she may make from here on will be but a relatively slight addition to the success which distinguishes her today!
The newest addition to my collection currently ranks as my most cherished jewel, and the reason is simple: No other doll exudes Ă©lĂ©gance and class like this well-to-do, jet-setting Parisian! With her aptitude for style, fine wine and regional cuisine, one doesn't really have to guess how she looks so magnifique all the time. And if you break down her astronomical wardrobe, high-end cosmetics, and imported skincare products, then the style rules of her life begin to crystallize. Aside from fashion, Danielle is also an illustrious Cosmetologist who's fully equipped with the know-how to care for her own personal needs, for instance, her ability to arrange her blond coiffed French twist, and she has finished it off with much finesse! It's physically impossible to pull away from analyzing the formation of this marvelously entangled creation! From day one I was aware that her hairstyle had a more current design compared to the other dolls in the collection, which makes sense considering that she's an upgrade doll. There's a lot going on here in the cosmetics department, too. Her makeup coverage displays a warm, almost dewy finish that's suitable for her face sculpt and illuminates as though she's simply wearing makeup and not âmade-up.â This also has a lot to do with the soft, light brown color of her eyebrows. Her highlighter was purchased abroad in âSmashin' Successâ and sits nicely on her brow bones, showcasing a shiny pink pigment on both eyelids in âThe Glamorous Life!â Danielle was smooth with her hand when she blended her âShe Works Hard For the Moneyâ eye dust neatly with her violet purple âDream Into Actionâ eyeshadow along the creases of her eyes, creating a sexy, sensual appearance that's reminiscent to the golden age of Hollywood! She's very precise with her eyeliner and doesn't care much for the âdrasticâ look, which is why she's chosen to apply only a thick wing of black âDignity and Dominanceâ liner across the top lids about as smooth as the casual swipe of a calligraphy pen on a palette, and a thin trace of black along the bottoms, projecting a wide-eyed look of youth and vitality. And last, but not least, her lips. The high-impact finish of her pink lip lacquer pops luminously with mega-watt shine and comes in âBubblin' Bombshellâ, along with matching âPink Cadillacâ nail polish! Many people consider themselves to be fashionably-impaired, having little or no sense of what's trendy or central to mainstream society, and may often seek advice relating to size, color, fit, appearance, what to wear and how to wear it, and there's no one better to drop a cue than Mademoiselle Voisin! Conceptualized and tailored in the studio room of her mansion, Danielle models a well-polished purple dress combined with the extravagance of three-layered ruffles on both shoulders and at both sides of the waist. The entire ensemble was tailored to accommodate her shape and accentuate her curves while simultaneously giving out a classic Hollywood vibe from the slit located on the lower hem in the back. Not only is the dress insanely figure-flattering, but it glistens with two tiny golden medallion-like buttons that are embedded with six purple gems, and located on both sides of the waist. There's just no denying that without the perfect pair of sticks to wear, a beautiful dress is pretty much redundant, and Danielle was hip to that fact when she purchased her pair of purple pumps in chrome from Saks Fifth Avenue! There's a myriad of accessories in her treasury, starting with her matching 5-piece jewelry set that she spent a fortune on at Tiffany's: a gold necklace with a purple tear-shaped gem, two gold earrings with two purple gems in each, and two beautifully engraved bracelets. These five items are partly why I value this entire set! They are undoubtedly unlike any other jewelry set in the series and I'm altogether stuck on them. Her stock of fine exotic wine only emphasizes her affluence and she's packed two vintage champagne glasses and two hot pink wine coasters both customized with her initials âCDVâ on the center. Danielleâa connoisseur of planning, shopping, and preparing partiesâoffers everything for her guests to be wowed, and almost rarely prepares an event that she can't pull off, although sometimes things are out of her control, like her busy traveling schedule and time constraints. Regardless the situation, even if she's vacationing in the lap of luxury in Santorini, Greece, suntanning beachside in St Tropez, or living it up on the top terrace of her NYC suite during fashion week, she never neglects to call on her good friends Jem and the Holograms to join her in paradise, as she's done here with a bright pink invitation signed, initialed, sealed and delivered to the Pop idol and her sisters to attend her party on her posh yacht!
This is truly a moment for celebration, and it's been a long time coming! For years I would prepare myself to purchase this self-made multimillionaire, but time and availability have always played a part in bringing her home. Well, I finally snagged her new in her box and glowing bright as the first day of her initial doll debut! Ms. Countess D is very meaningful to meâa highly profitable gain, if you willâand I can now sigh with relief and raise my glass in a toast to the arrival of fashion's most prestigious socialite! đ·
A sunny day, a stroll in the flee market provided lots of photo opportunities and encountering lots of people.
Mary was fun to spend a few minutes with.
She's a cosmetologist who has recently started a new job-- selling beauty products and wine made out of pomegranate. As I don't use either, I didn't try them, but we had fun talking, nevertheless.
