Alberi colorati, vetrine addobbate, luci scintillanti, tavole imbandite, mercatini a tema … sono solo alcuni tra i numerosissimi spunti utili per scatenare la tua fantasia. I won a contest over at Exercise Before Knitting, and got a lovely French postcard and four balls(!) of Jojoland fingering weight wool in a nice periwinkle color. I don't know if I should use it for a lace shawl or hold onto it for a baby sweater. For now, it'll go in the stash.

Entries in the cake decorating contest. The sunset on the left won 2nd. I overheard the judges disagreeing about whether to make ours 2nd or 3rd and when they did give out the prizes they said that 2nd and 3rd was virtually a tie.
