My computer, a HP Pavilion dv4154EA, has decided to make a breakdown. So for the next two weeks I wont be around.
Stay cool...
My PSU (Antec Smartpower 500) was emitting a high pitched whine. Having added a 2nd video card and a 6th hard drive recently, I figured I had hit its limit. Corsair happened to have a rebate on its highly recommended HX620. Problem solved. I also took about 90 minutes to rewire everything as neatly as possible. This is as good as it gets with so many SATA cables.
