I'm declaring this one the first of many costume mash-ups I saw this year, because it's a combo of two famous fantasy characters created by Robert E. Howard. Plenty of gender-bending going on at SDCC these days, which only increases the creativity of costuming.

You don't see much Green Goblin cosplay. It makes me want to seek out more of the rare and unusual characters. Spider-Man is so common by comparison.
