I was asked by Untold Method to contribute to their ongoing collaborative comic/graphic novel. This is the 5th page of the comic, and I was given all the dialogue and guidelines for the story. I did it using my typical technique of India ink on paper. This is pretty much my first attempt at working on a comic, but hopefully not my last. We'll see.......

A trio of comicbook geniuses (well, two anyway) are joined by the lovely and patient Erika Katz (soon to become Erika Clowes) as they half-heartedly feign interest in some silly magazine at a forgotten art show. Torsos and tiles were digitally printed for the Cinicinnati Comic Expo and debuted at the OK LUG comic show last weekend.
Torsos were designed by me and comic book artwork designed by a partner of the Cincinnati Comic Expo.

The reason I haven't been posting much is that I've been busy working on comics for the Lego Club Magazines. Since they're out now, I can finally post them.
Comic Con has started San Diego is filled with it's largest annual displays of mass marketing. From advertisement wrapped hotels to sci-fi themed restaurants and street side contests.
I walked past one giant stage display on 5th and J last night where 4 people are spending the four day comic-con living in a Dodge car, and at the end of the convention, one of them will win the car they're living in.
