I am a collector for the largest collector in the universe of living beings. I collect samples for him and with his computer he recreates them in holograms, preserving the DNA for the future like a great Noah's ark. I know that his work is not appreciated now (some may even think that we are murderers) but tomorrow we will repopulate an exhausted universe with all races again.

Stronachlachar sits on the western end of Loch Katrine where you can also find the famous Pier Cafe, and just off shore is the “Factor’s Island” or (Eileen Dharag) where Rob Roy MacGregor imprisoned the Duke of Montrose’s Factor or rent collector after a long running dispute with the Duke. The large house on the right is “Lochside House” which can be rented, it has the most stunning, tranquil setting right on the edge of Loch Katrine in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. This whole area is walking, running, birdwatching country for anyone loving the great outdoors.

On the seventh day of our river trip in Kamchatka we saw the sunshine in the morning. So many details and subjects appeared. I've seen a lot of spiders in Kamchatka. And a good day for catching came.
Another image from Kamchatka summer trip.
Thank you for all the comments and favs, my friends.
Mason Bees are so gentle, they are constantly pollinating,
next year I will make homes for them in the garden.
In a period of dry weather nature needs to find a way of collecting dew or tiny raindrops. This lupin leaf works like a funnel. A shiny drop of water sits as a jewel in its heart.

Another Styrofoam collector on his tricycle. Seen on Nantangbang Road while on the way to 星光 (* see below, insider tip) to buy another lens as Christmas present to myself...

(*) Xingguang Photographic Equipment City, 星光摄影器材城, located at Luban Road (鲁班路) between Nantangbang Road (南塘浜路) and Xietu Road (斜土路) is the place to go if you are in need of photographic equipment or servicing. It is basically a specialized shopping mall for photo geeks.
The place features all types of equipment and brands, from "amateur" to "pro" including studio stuff and well sorted second hand stores.
Only problem: to get really good prices you must know your limits / local average retail prices / home prices and speak Chinese...
In case you go "just for looking" plan an hour at least to browse through the offerings.
This is a painting of a Hindu Deity called Ganesh who is also known as the The lord of removing Obstacles.
His image can be found in India, Nepal, Srilanka and Indonesia.
And in every Hindu house one can found an image of Lord Ganesh and he is honored at the rites and ceremonies.
so i thought of making his image more colorful and dynamic where art lovers really appreciate.
Well, people who came to visit my art exhibition appreciated this painting.
Ganesh and Buddha are two common art works which is known to art collectors through out the world.
Thinks are changing. Slowly and steadily. After my solo art exhibition im getting lot of contacts.
Im so excited and tired too. Lot of work to do. No wasting time. Its almost past mid night.
I feel Ganesh is slowly removing my Obstacles..:)
Not getting much time to check flickr. But this is where i started to feel im an artist with all the encouragement from great artist and photographers. So i feel happy to post my art work here though im busy.
I have seen hard times..good times are rolling because of my hard work. I want to dream and i will always be dreaming to reach the sky.

Did you know that honey bees don’t go dormant in winter? Instead, they stay active inside their hive, consuming honey and generating heat to keep warm through the cold months.
In California, they seem to carry on as usual, making the most of the milder climate. It's truly remarkable how they adapt to survive!
Here at Cape Arkona there are no possibilities to lie down in the warm sand. But it is still a paradise for the children. My two love to collect stones and analyze them. They are discovering so much right now.
Only so much no I stand here not in the water I jumped for the photo on one of these large rocks. That to the photo, musically you can try this, I like classical elements in a nevertheless ehr electronic piece.

Recycling the Chinese way - these people do collect cartons (or styrofoam, or plastic bottles) and sell this stuff to a recycling yard.

Alors merci !
A very youthful ticket collector on the steam train from Keighley to Haworth.
For a photo story of my visit:
"Just a teeny, itsy bitsy drop of blood...aaaand that's the ticket!" he exclaimed, grinning a bit as I drew my hand back where my thumb beaded blood from the knife prick. I watched as the orb in his hand flared to life, red and white and just...vibrant with what seemed to be...my soul? "You know...you never did tell me your name," I ventured, sucking my thumb. He slid his arm around the pole and glanced at me with a mischievous little smile. "Who me? Nah; my name's not important. Just consider me a collector of souls. Heh. Pleasure doing business with ya, Kid." With that same mischievous smile, he vanished into a black swirl of shadows.
I was inspired by the Deadboy.ink/Graveyard collaboration Dubi marks (face and neck markings). I have been wanting to work on something with it and FINALLY got the inspiration. So tada! ♥
This little room presents three of the most influential figures of the Australian art world. On the left is a portrait of the late Dr Joseph Brown (probably the most prolific collector and donor of art in the country). We’ll return to this fabulous portrait tomorrow. On the right is the portrait of Georges Mora which we saw in my first post today. But we’ll focus on the wonderfully colourful Matisse-like portrait directly ahead of the camera.
It is the work of Vicki Varvaressos and was entered in the Archibald Prize in 1980. Unfortunately this was one of only two years (1964 was the other one) where the judges withheld making an award. It is a strikingly bright and cheerful portrait of art dealer Frank Watters (1934-2020).

I'm a collector of coffee mugs. During my traveling days I liked to bring home a handmade mug from each place I visited. This one is from Ljubliana, Slovenia, and it is one of my favorites. It is a favorite of guests in my home also; it always seems to be the first one chosen at coffee time.
