Captain Morgan is clearly happy with his lens collection (just don't tell him that two of the three don't really work any more!)
Such bad luck with lenses (and my camera recently).. thankfully my Dad (jackharrybill) has been so kind as to let me have one of his old lenses to use (the 28-80mm lens).
On another note - I am really starting to like the Nikkor manual lens, it give some really nice blurs with depth of field.
I have about 85 pieces in my collection now. This photo was taken in May and I have since added several deer. I will try and put them all back together for an updated photo soon!
This image belongs to a series of motor vehicle photographs that do not contain owners or people with the vehicles. Therefore, they do not fall completely within the requirement of my 'Family Car' collection.
I thought however that somebody might like to see the rejects.
They have not been cleaned or restored to the extent of the primary collections, and they will not be placed in any Flickr groups.
If any images receive sufficient 'hits', I will consider cleaning them up for a more public release.

I make bespoke textile, bead and button jewellery. I work with a mixture of reclaimed materials and offcuts of cloth, beads/buttons etc. I firmly believe in the recycled art movement and I am inspired by modern art and contemporary and vintage fashion.
My recent collections are made of a mixture of textiles, including silk, small beads and buttons, and braids from India and other far eastern countries, some modern and other vintage.

Centaur cruiser tank MKiv of 1944
The Centaur tank was closely related to the Cromwell, both vehicles being externally similar. The Cromwell and Centaur tanks differed in the engine used; the Centaur had the 410 hp Liberty engine, the Cromwell had the significantly more powerful 600 hp Meteor; Centaur hulls were converted to Cromwells by changing the engine.
The Centaurs were not used in combat except for those fitted with a 95 mm howitzer, which were used in support of the Royal Marines during the amphibious invasion of Normandy.
This vehicle was converted to a bulldozer tank in 145, sold for scrap in 1957 and bought by the collection in 1978 before being returned to full working order. It is shown in the colours of the Royal Marines Armoured Support Group

At the height of the early 60s folk revival Reprise issued this Hootenanny in Hell by the Ivy League Trio. "Folk Ballads from the World of Edgar Allan Poe" is really cool despite the band's putrid name. Imagine if you will the Kingston Trio on an Absinthe bender and every tune based on a Poe poem or story and there you go. An entertaining 30 minutes that bares repeating once in awhile.

Cancelled postal stamps from all over the world, all with pictures of ships and sailboats on them. Countries include: South Africa, Indonesia, Denmark, Cuba, Guyana, 1940's Canada, Tanzania, Lao, Afghanistan, 1940's USA, 1960's Chile, Brasil, Poland, Romania & Greece.
A farmall F-12, B and and a famall another f-12 these are also owned by the same farmer that owned my tractor

I made this as a challenge at my local quilt workshops. The challenge was to make something to represent Silver, Gold, Herring Or Whisky. I used the Inklingo Tumbler collection to make the 'gold' 'herring'.
