....but irate. This is Greta giving me the cold shoulder at the veterinarian. This is her return visit after last week, when the vet thought she had a tumor behind her eye, and that at the very least she would lose her eye (I won't mention what the worst would be, but I'm sure you can guess). She looks so much better than a week ago, when her nictating lid was exposed and swollen, and her eye was bulging and unable to close. Turns out it was just something called "retrobulbar abcess". Whew!

I'm sure she'll continue to be irate with me as I finish out the full course of her antibiotic treatment. But I can take it! I've had my baby for 17 years, and I'm hoping for as many more as possible!
