Haven't had a doodle in the old moleskine pad for a long time, so dug it out the boot of the car and scribbled down a code monkey :-D
I was driving the the town of Shiprock on the Navajo Nation when I saw this piece of amazing art on an abandoned business. I am posting this in honor of the Code Talkers of all of the Native Americans that did this important job, and military members who gave their lives for the United States and our allies.
This is one of my latest models which replicates one of the BMW X5 vehicles that Essex Police use as Armed Response Vehicles. The model is of EU62 EOB. This is the first model I have built of Essex vehicles since they have changed their base colour back over to white in the last couple of years.
The model has been re-sprayed from it's original colour of black, had it's interior painted black, had it's rear windows tinted and full Essex Police livery applied. I've also added a clear Whelen Liberty light bar to the roof and a police comms aerial. The model has had the correct roof codes and number plates fitted.
See a picture of the real vehicle here: www.flickr.com/photos/49027694@N03/8624782560/in/photolis...

I acquired these lighters in Bosnia; the design - rounded corners & simplicity and ease of use - took my breath away...they are little works of art! They have no makers name or country of origin on them, and I have never seen these anywhere else, certainly not in the UK.

The memorial at Window Rock, Arizona commemorates the role of Navajo Code Talkers in the South Pacific during World War II. A deeply moving place.
Well, I'm proud to announce that the code is about 1000 lines of PHP, CSS and HTML today and it still needs to grow more and more.
I'm glad of my progress with the website and you should see the progress with the core--we have so many amazing things in the works.
PS: I still need to put the AJAX stuff.
