"Lamb, garlic, chilli", code for lamb off the spit, stuffed into a Turkish pide with lashings of garlic and chilli sauces and topped with some shredded lettuce, onion and tomato, and dusted with a little sumac. Yum!
As good as it was, it seemed a bit lacking... but I'm not sure what it was. Maybe I should just stick to the lamb+garlic or lamb+chilli, and not both.
