Shelton Energy Solutions, a Limited Liability Company subcontractor that is hired by Entergy of Mississippi is stringing up color-coded cords that will be used to pull up the new aluminum electrical power cables through the pulleys that are positioned on the second crossarms.
The colors of the strings are coordinated with each phase line and by the colors of each line from what I could tell appears to be orange, blue, and red for the primary phase electrical power lines while the yellow line is for the new ground / neutral wire to which it is apparently going to replace the old neutral wire and the new lines will then be placed and tied onto the insulators.
This is a part of Entergy of Mississippi's project to replace the old wooden poles on this line with taller ones as well as installing a second set of three-phase electrical power lines or a second circuit as the crew calls it, delivering more electrical power to the ever growing Rex Lumber Company Mill which was drawing way more power than the current grid could handle and with a newer transformer installed over at the nearby Brookhaven Substation, the Rex Lumber Company Mill can operate more efficiently without putting too much strain on the rest of the system.
This project is being done by a subcontractor called Shelton Energy Solutions... a Limited Liability Company (LLC) that is based in Alexandria, Louisiana.

QiD provides a powerful editor with many features to improve the process of creating, viewing and modifying the SQL and Script code that will be executed. The most obvious facility is the colour syntax highlighting that improves the readability of code and helps to catch syntax errors.
The highlighting styles can be modified to suit your preferences. Each item type (comments, commands, keywords, identifiers, strings etc) can have its own font, font size, bold, italics, foreground colour, background colour, border, underline and strikeout settings.
The editor includes all of the expected tools to select, cut, copy and paste text. Further it provides the following:
* Multi-level Undo / Redo. A separate undo/redo stack is kept for each document that you are working on.
* Line modification marking to show lines that have been modified and saved (green) or modified but not yet saved (yellow)
