Ein Coding Dojo ist ein Treffen, bei dem Entwickler gemeinsam an einer Programmieraufgabe arbeiten mit dem Ziel ihre Programmierfähigkeiten zu verbessern und Spaß zu haben.
Jeweils zwei Entwickler werden immer zusammen an einem Rechner arbeiten (angeschlossen am Beamer). Mit Hilfe von Pair Programming (wobei alle 5-7 Minuten das Paar (aus dem Publikum) gewechselt werden soll) und Testgetriebener Entwicklung wird eine Aufgabe erledigt. Das Ziel ist nicht die Aufgabe selbst, sondern die verschiedenen Fähigkeiten besser kennen zu lernen, die unter dem Überbegriff Clean Code Developer zusammengefasst sind. Die Aufgaben werden als Coding Katas bearbeitet.
In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Java-Kompetenzteam werde ich den ersten Termin moderieren. Ziel ist, diese Veranstaltung wöchentlich zu machen für die Interessierten, die dann im Hause sind.

Super fun test for Megan Goodacre's intriguing design; spent a good day pattern editing/proofing last week during spring break in the valley. Realizing a couple of testers have near finishing the body...I thought I have better start mine. Cast on yesterday afternoon on a 4-hour car ride, had the body finished shortly after I got home, then the sleeves this morning before the kids were up and me having to take ‘em to band practices etc--overall it took a little over 8 hours from start-to-finish. Of course, I had already knitted this “virtually” through pattern editing beforehand and have the pattern engraved into my head.

andrew just found two of these in the trash, i did a second dumpster dive for the missing cable (weird twisted pair to USB). no driver required, it reads basically any bar code and then inserts it with a return as if it were a keyboard
really happy with how quickly I have been picking up php, like I've said show me real life examples and sample code, give me some time...and tada!
and people say you need to be "trained" ...patience and a little guidance is all that is needed.

Forex correlation is used to describe the relationship between currency pairs. It is a quantitative measure of how currency pairs in the forex market reacts or moves in relation to other currency pairs.

Correlations range from 1 to 0 to -1. A correlation of 1 means the two currency pairs move in the same direction nearly all of the time. A correlation of 0 means there is no correlation between the currency pairs and they move independently of one another. And, a correlation of -1 is when one currency pair moves up, the other pair moves down.
Why is this so important?
Well, if you can learn to recognize correlated pairs, you can identify high probability moves which you can use to place winning trades. These trades are gold as they tip the scale in your favor because they are based on the strong fundamentals behind correlations. By using these universal market fundamentals, you are trading smart as you are using a consistent, predictable model from which to trade.
As you can see, correlation trading is powerful as traders can predict volatility. But…there is more to maximizing profits than just knowing when a move is about to occur.
Correlation by itself does not help you determine exact trades to place for entry and exits.
