My last tile project in western Mass. Fortunately the client is nice and the project is fun to install even if it is not completely my taste.
小石头俱乐部 2.0: commissioned by a commercial client who wanted a residence that would accommodate a range of spatial needs yet stand apart from the rest of the market,the 'donoso house' in los dominicos, santiago, finds itself on an oddly shaped site with a steep slope. chilean practice emA designed two long rectangular masses that maintain a low profile at street level but expand as one makes their way into the site, extending views over the small nearby mountain range.the lower level communicates directly to the exterior elements like the swimming pool, and contains double-height spaces and large windows. the entry level is characterized by a clean white external surface resting upon the reinforced masonry lower section. several patios and terraces exist throughout the dwelling,giving the owner a chance to be outdoors and creating a point for ventilation and natural light.Edit By 小石头俱乐部 来自http://dd.mu/+GW29

The Photographer shall have the irrevocable right (which may be licensed, transferred, granted or assigned to other parties as the Photographer sees fit) to use, publish,
reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform and publicly display, either digitally or in any other medium now known or later developed, such Images
in any form, including without limitation, use as part of a composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to text, changes or alterations, whether
or not in conjunction with the Model’s name or a fictitious name, for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, publishing, or any other commercial purpose
whatsoever. The Model also consents to the use of any narrative, text, audio, sound, action, program, effect or other matter that may be used in connection with the
Images and the permitted uses, and irrevocably waives any right that the Model may have to inspection or approval of any of the deliverables or uses contemplated in
this Release. In consideration of the Model’s consent and release, the Photographer will use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that the Images will not be used
for any pornographic, obscene, defamatory or libelous purpose.

Ah, Jenny Van! Jenny is one of my preferred lenders, with New American Funding on 4th Street. Jenny supplied wine and openers for the guests. We have closed 4 transactions together, with another one just started.
