What I like about these cards:
Knights of Thorn - I generally like Rush's style; this was a good example. (Note that this is from 3 years before the Star Wars film with Darth Maul began filming. Rush got this look down first).
Joven's Tools - interesting image showing the photo-realistic end of the Magic illustration spectrum.
Ashes to Ashes - and here's one from the near-abstract other end.
