I love every stamp set by British stamp company #ChocolateBaroque that I own, and this small Boo set is perfect for the preteens and teens in my life. I rubbed some Distress Inks through the Tim Holtz Honeycomb stencil and then cut it with PTI Brushed Off: Rectangle biggest die. The images, all from Boo, are inked in Versafine Onyx. Layered onto PTI True Black, and Amethyst Allure cardstock. There's a block from a Halloween paper pad I'm trying to use up, and a strip of glitter cardstock, all layered on PTI Simply Chartreuse.

I'm starting to decorate my envelopes and here used an inexpensive Halloween set that I found at Michaels a few years ago, with a strip of washi on the bottom to ground it. The lettering is from the wonderful Concord and 9th Sophisticated Script alphabet set.

En nog eentje: Maaike's eerste workshop van een wonderlijke reeks van 12! Op 9 januari 2015.

Another version of the creepy house from the #ChocolateBaroque Boo set. Again, I masked off the moon and then sponged Distress inks around it. The owls come from the Boo set; the sentiments from an inexpensive set I found at Michaels this year. The watercolor paper panel is cut with the classic Simon Says Stamp Stitched Rectangle die (second largest), and it's layered on a piece of patterned paper from a Halloween pad I'm trying to use up; PTI Simply Chartreuse and then True Black.

The envelope is decorated with images from some inexpensive sets I found at Michaels a few years ago, with some washi tape along the bottom. Concord and 9th Sophisticated Script for the name -- it's so perfect for teens!

Chocolate Baroque UA5SP0405 - Spring is in the Air, Heindesign P-535102 - Schneeglöckchen, Efco Creative Emotions 4511217 - Liebe Wintergrüße, TH Distress inks & reinkers, Versafine ink, Dr.Ph.Martin‘s ink - bleed proof white, Ranger Stickles - star dust, Paper Source A6 folded card - LX Grey, PEN+Gear A6 envelope - white, Hero Arts LL883 - Little Snow People

I'm getting a lot of use out of this #ChocolateBaroque Boo set! I'm not into graveyards and death and poison on Halloween and this set with owls and cobwebs and a creepy house is perfect for me. Here, I stamped the spooky house on watercolor paper first, and then masked off the moon with some masking paper. I then sponged on some Distress Inks all around it, and rubbed Vintage Photo along the edge. Then I had fun setting my scene. There's a ton of clear Wink of Stella on the moon so it sparkles. It's layered on PTI Simply Chartreuse and Plum Pudding cardstock.

The envelope is decorated with an image from a very inexpensive set from Michaels, and some spiderweb washi. Concord and 9th Sophisticated Script alphabet set in the center. I hope he liked it!

I loved this Blooms Fill-In stamp set by #Concordand9th from the second I saw it on Jennifer McGuire's blog. So creative to have the stamp surface be the background instead of the flowers. Jennifer had this post on her blog in October and I knew I could try it too: www.jennifermcguireink.com/2017/10/backgrounds.html

My background is Papertrey Ink's Aqua Mist, and used some random inks for the flowers: PTI's Mint Julep and New Leaf for the leaves, Altenew's peach and PTI's Summer Sunrise for the flowers. Some little dots of white Enamel Accents (I'm having so much trouble with Nuvo drops!) to finish it off.

I also sliced the card in a diagonal and then layered it with a piece of PTI's stamper's select white cut with one of the edgers from MFT's Stitched Basic Edges. The gorgeous sentiment is from a British stamp company called #ChocolateBaroque, in a set called Mackintosh Sentiments, stamped in Lawn Fawn Hippo, the best mid-tone gray around.

I need to make more cards with this set!
