When I asked her what she wanted for her birthday dinner, she said, "chips." She got her chips, along with pork chops, macaroni and cheese, and corn on the cob
I am addicted to these Kale Chips. I made more last night, but used a food dehydrator and I think they turned out better. I brought some to work and someone said I should sell them.
Yummy!!!
Caroline Street in Cardiff. Well known for miles around due to it's proliferation of chip shops. You haven't had the full Cardiff experience if you haven't visited here on a Friday/Saturday night. Looks a bit tidier now than in days gone by. I assume that the building in the distance will be demolished when the St David's 2 development gets under way.
Hill stacked up his chips like this before he left the table for a small break. I was having a hard time capturing this stack without the flash b/c the flash was washing everything out. After attempt 6 or 7 with 6 or 7 different setting changes, Hill came up behind me, shined his pocket flashlight on the stack (who carries a pocket flashlight?) to allow a great photo opportunity. "Wow! Thanks! How'd you know that's what it needed?" Hill: "I'm a photographer." :-) I then showed off my project 365 photos I have up to that point.
