With a healthy cut of woodchips on the head end, BLU T31 climbs out of the dip at Enka on their westward journey from Asheville to Canton. The impending closure of the paper mill in Canton has sent railfans swarming here in recent weeks. As of the time of this upload, the mill has about two weeks to live.

31/100x: The 2022 Edition
I haven't been baking as much as I used to but once I saw the Flickr Friday theme for this week was #cookies, I got a big craving for some homemade chocolate chip cookies and found myself getting back into the kitchen and doing something that I really missed and enjoyed doing.

They were quite busy chopping down, shredding, and trimming trees. Fortunately left enough standing to be admired and photographed :)

Sadly, Luka has passed away since this shot was taken, and I have no idea whether the shop continues as it was. I hope so.
