Nicolas drew this for me when I visited in summer 2000. He had then already changed his drawing style/technique (compared with previous years).
This piece particularly speaks to me as a potential artwork. Nicely done, Nick!

Nicolas l'a dessiné pour moi quand j'tai visité en été 2000. Il avait déja changé son modèle/technique de dessiner (comparé aux années précédentes). Ce morceau obtient en particulier mon intérêt comme dessin-modèle potentiel. Bien fait, Nick !

This woman and her granddaughter are spending the week together and the woman wanted to spend some quiet time out in nature with this lovely, shy girl. Neither of them had done much art but they seemed to really be enjoying the time together and seeing how each other viewed the world. Love this class I teach....
