Bare metal bodywork is always a winner in my book, and this 1958 Lister Chevrolet Knobbly is right up there in my eyes. Another low down point of view shot along the flank, highlighting those beautiful curves.

Long abandoned 1937 Chevrolet Coupe in Bodie, California. It is one of the most popular photography subjects in Bodie. Bodie is a former gold mining town east of the Sierra Nevada mountain range and north of Mono Lake in California. It once had a population of about 10,000. Only about 5 percent of the town remains. It became a California State Historic Park in 1962 and is maintained in a state of "arrested decay."
Three of a kind. A 1936 Chevrolet 2 door sedan, nice, but not particularly interesting...at least past the hood mascot. Seen at the Winsted, CT street car show.

SS 350 2-door coupe
The Nova Super Sport was transformed from a trim option to a performance package for 1968. One of the smallest muscle cars ever fielded by Detroit, the Nova SS now included a 295 hp (220 kW) 350 cu in (5.7 L) V8 engine along with a heavy-duty suspension and other performance hardware, priced at US$312.[14] Optional V8 engines included two versions of the big-block 396 cu in (6.5 L) rated at 350 bhp (350 PS; 260 kW); and 375 bhp (380 PS; 280 kW) at 5600 rpm and 415 lb⋅ft (563 N⋅m) at 3600 rpm of torque, which went for US$348. Both engines were offered with a choice of transmissions including the M-21 close-ratio four-speed manual, the heavy-duty M-22 "Rock Crusher" four-speed manual, or the three-speed Turbo-Hydramatic 400 automatic transmission. A total of 5,571 SS coupés were produced for 1968. Novas sported the SS badge until 1976. Front disc brakes were optional on the 1968 Nova SS.

Chevrolet Bel Air 1959. Gesehen in Bautzen. Interessantes Detail: das Logo der Olsenbande am Nummernschild.
This one is owned by Larry M., the man who started the long-standing Cars & Coffee Event in Queen Creek, Arizona, informally nicknamed as the ‘Donut Gang’ due to its proximity to a donut store on the same lot.
Larry worked for decades in managerial positions for Chevrolet, mostly on the West Coast of the US. Hence the choice of a Chevrolet for his street rod. Of course there is a modern Chevrolet V8 engine up front mated to a TurboHydramatic transmission so that anyone in his family would be able to drive it.
A Chevrolet Corvette at last years "Retro Classics" in Stuttgart. While I can't give closer specifications or details on the engine built in this specific car, it definitively is the 3rd Version of the car (C3). This design has been built between 1967 and 1982.
A lot of power from the smallblock V8 engine? Lightweight from the use of Fiberglass in the body?
The cool targa cabrio concept?
Corvettes check so many boxes :)
PS: Only americans can name a 5.3 liters motor a "small"-block :D
Pps: This is an interesting situation for me: I'm not quite sure what I should present next: More cars? Portraits? Pictures from Poland or Berlin? So many pictures so little time!
