A atendente virtual "Frida" é um canal direto entre vítima de violência doméstica e a Delegacia Especializada de Atendimento à Mulher (Deam) da Polícia Civil. O atendimento é feito por um chatbot programado no WhatsApp, que acolhe a denúncia, esclarece dúvidas, faz uma avaliação preliminar do risco e aciona a polícia em situações de flagrante, inclusive enviando uma viatura (quando a vítima não consegue acionar o 190). Artificial Intelligence Bootcamp was great fun especially the hands-on activities like the chatbots. The highlight was that towards the end of the Bootcamp, she made a working chatbot that can help people. It was learning and fun all the way say Ilisha from GlobalIndian International School.
