We were early enough to park not far from the sea front and get prome position for a morning coffee.

Cassis is a picturesque, little village located 20 km east along the coast of Marseille. The geography Cassis features cliffs and coves. White and rose’ wines are typical products of the village. The neatly organised cafe’-lined marina dazzles tourists and locals alike!

This was another stop during the day-long tour of the east of Marseille, organised by Marie-Francoise for Alex, Zelda and I. This tour turned out to be one of the highlights of my time in France.
