I've mentioned before how obsessed I am with "The dress looks nice on you" by Sufjan Stevens.
So the other day googling I found this very interesting comment on Songs Meaning , quoting Sufjan, where he explains where the song came from, It made me love the song even more, and inspired me to create this little comic.

Second pass at drawing this guy after looking at some skulls and other T-Rex art.
T-rex probably didn't have feathers being the size that he was and also living the hot climate of the cretaceous but I think it'd be cool if there were some protofeathers sticking out of his head and neck.
(E) Bad Trip series is a concretization of idea I had of showing a more dirty and human side of famous cartoon characters. We always see them been successful, been heroes or at least having fun, anyway I always wondered what would've been If they had the same delusions, bad feelings, breakouts as humans have their ups and downs along life. Not trying to denigrate any of this characters representations, only to have a different light on it.

In 1957 Hanna-Barbera Studios was launched with its first series for NBC, "Ruff and Reddy." It also boasted the voice talents of Daws Butler and Don Messick. This is a published original hand-painted cel from the Hanna-Barbera Publicity department that was done for use for the 1989 book "Art of Hanna-Barbera" by Ted Sennett. This image can be seen on page 48. The book was issued to celebrate the 50 year partnership of Hanna-Barbera, and had a television special produced to go along with the release of the book.

I have many little books of his drawings sketches cartoons and illustrated letters. In one of the letters, he told his bride to be that he wanted to be an architect.

Many moons ago, one of my best buddies, Ray, was at a charity do where Bill Tidy was doing cartoons for a donation. He asked for one for me as he knew I was (still am) an admirer of the great man. Bill asked what I did for a living. Ray said I was a guard on the railways. 10 seconds later he was presented with this! A treasured item.
It started as a funny idea, but more I think about the state of humanity and it's basic resources, it saddens me more................
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the funny part of this cartoon and ponder about the thought provoking part...........
