Golden lion heads and intricate carvings tell stories of grandeur, while lush greenery frames the scene like a living canvas. Sunrise creates pink cotton candy skies over a distinctive sea stack at Praia dos Careanos, Algarve, Portugal

I was photographing a sunrise and was about to pack up when the fluffy clouds above me caught the pink light. So I spun round and took one of my favourite images I have ever taken in Portugal. You don't get clouds like this here so often.

This was created by blending exposures using the new Raya Pro 3.0 Photoshop panel.
