Saint-Martin du Canigou abbey

The road back from Prades offered tantalising views of the Canigou - the highest mountain round these parts.

However those views co-incided with fast but narrow roads where it was impossible to stop for photos.

Here's one from further east than I would have liked.

an easier route up than down if one is of a slightly nervous disposition
