Another shot from my recent trip to Yosemite. This one is similar to the one I use on my Desktop background (Mac:El Capitan) except was taken at sunrise not sunset.
I've just returned from a weeks holiday on the north east coast of Majorca. Walking the rugged coastline path I spotted a small flock of doves on the cliffs. I believe they could be good candidates for wild Rock Dove.

i'm voting for obama but that's only 'cuz the major networks haven't invited ?uest to a debate.
since white women running mates are in vogue these days, i think we can all safely assume i'd be his top pick for vice-president. here are my deliverables:
a) political science was one of my majors in college. i specialized in foreign policy.
b) i can name about 46 supreme court decisions i disagree with
c) i respect the constitution, can quote the bill of rights, and can accurately identify the section that details the role of vice-president
d) i can locate pakistan on a map
e) i am not "ivy league"
f) i know a lot of guys name joe
g) i live in the illa. that should count as military experience
h) i never had sex with that woman
i) i only own one house and i can locate it on a map
j) i bought bill ayers book but i didn't really like it (thus, i was never invited over for dinner). i did meet his brother on a train car once... ironically, it was while i was reading the book.
k) mr okp never tried to secede from the united states
l) i am opposed to putting lipstick on pitbulls. it seems like a form of animal cruelty and, frankly, is a waste of perfectly good lipstick.

Harold Wilson is famous for having said ‘a week is a long time in politics’ and I think that’s proved to be true many times over for the U.K. since the summer of 2016, and it’s not all over yet!
Wilson presided over the 1974 re-negotiation of the U.K.’s membership of the ‘Common Market’. He kept his cards close to his chest and it was just three months before the 10th June 1975 referendum that he declared in favour of staying in. It has been said of Wilson that he epitomised the quip ‘If you can’t ride two horses at the same time, you shouldn’t be in the circus!’
It was Wilson who deployed British troops to Northern Ireland in August 1969, in an effort to restore peace there. While out of office Wilson had formulated a plan that was designed to pave the way for the unification of Ireland, a plan that was never taken forward.
In January 1970 the Conservative shadow cabinet met a Selsdon Park, a hotel in Croydon, to formulate their plans for office. This led to Wilson saying:
‘Selsdon man is designing a system of society for the ruthless and the pushing, the uncaring. His message to the rest is you’re out on your own’
I think choose what political views we hold, it’s pretty striking how the themes of today have their underpinnings back in the 1970s. I wonder what Harold Wilson and the other politicians of the time would make of the current goings on?

About the render time: In hindsight I think the anti-aliasing setting was somewhat OTT and could well be reduced down to 25% or less and so would speed up render time immensely.
The image was rendered using a c1.medium windows instance... Meanwhile I've started building an Ubuntu 64bit image for Sunflow rendering on a more beefy c1.xlarge instance (8 core, 7GB RAM) which is dramatically faster since Sunflow can utilize all 8 CPUs to 100%. I will still add a few little command line tools to the image before making it public.
