Workshop yang mengusung tema “Membangun Pusat Digital Channel (Contact Center) Pada UPT Kemenkes Dalam Rangka Digitalisasi Layanan Kesehatan” ini dilaksanakan secara daring dan luring dengan menghadirkan sekitar 350 peserta dari UPT Kemenkes baik pusat maupun daerah.
