I should clarify - they were inside the Javits Center, but outside the Comic-Con in this photo. They weren't out on the sidewalk. There were several events taking place at the Javits Center that weekend, including the NY Times Travel Show. Maybe someday the NY Comic-Con will take up the whole Javits, but right now it's not big enough.

This my first time I attended Fanime in San Jose over the Memorial Day weekend. I really liked it - great cosplayers and some very cool places to shoot. I shot with some cosplayers that remembered me from other shoots and met a lot of new faces. I definitely want to go back again next year!
