A CNN Money report stating the most expensive places for a gallon of gas. Take note of Aruba, which is stated at $12.03 for a gallon of gas.

In actuality, gas in Aruba is currently selling for $4.92 a gallon. Prices are pretty strictly controlled and only change once a month.
