A traditional Wendat Christian Longhouse located at the Saint-Marie Among The Hurons located in Midland in Simcoe County in Central Ontario Canada
The Christian Longhouse built like the traditional Wendat (Huron) dwelling, this dwelling provided shelter for the visiting converts.

this is another shot from yesterday's outing after my vist to corby crags i headed to the coast, with the tide being out i decided to go to holy island. the shot is of lindisfarne castle. the castle was built in the 16th century on top of a volcanic mound known as beblowe crag. thank you for taking the time to look. christian island gordon lightfoot

I love this music by Max Richter, this particular section which for me depicts deep sleep - a closeness to the essence of our Self, without obscuring mind activity, but still not yet aware - something every human being longs for every day, every evening...

"The Prince Christian Sound connects the Labrador Sea with the Irminger Sea. It is around 100 km (60 miles) long and it is narrow, sometimes only 500 metres (1,600 ft) wide. There is only one settlement along this sound, Aappilattoq.
The long fjord system is mostly surrounded by steep mountains in general reaching over 1,200 metres (3,900 ft), one of them 2,220 metres (7,280 ft) high. Many glaciers go straight into its waters where they calve icebergs. There are often strong tidal currents limiting the formation of ice. "

The crossing by ship, sometimes amongst icebergs and growlers, use over seven hours and unveiled outstanding landscapes.
First light on the Christian Quarter of the Old City in Jerusalem on a bright late November morning. Dominating the shot are the Church of the Holy Sepulchre on the right and the German Lutheran Church of the Redeemer on the left.

According to Christian traditions, he was also one of the four Evangelists as author of the Gospel of Matthew, and thus is also known as Matthew the Evangelist, a claim rejected by most biblical scholars, though the "traditional authorship still has its defenders."
Kytaiv Desert or Holy Trinity Kytaiv Desert - Orthodox headhunting monastery. It is located on the southern outskirts of Kyiv, in the tract of Kytaiv.
