The chain on our side gate. Each link is 3/4" long. More of a visual deterrent that I had to put on a couple of years ago after several neighbours said they had had someone in their back yards during the night.

Buda on the left, Pest on the right, from Gellert Hill. Our cruise ship, the Emerald Star, is on the Buda side alongside another cruise ship, across from the Parliament building, as noted in the inset box. Upstream the river splits around Margaret Island, the site of a lovely park.

Chain of Hearts leaves.
This one grows in a pot and the hearts cascade down the sides of the pot .
It has a weird and wonderful flower.
I have a photo of that too.
Ceropegia woodii
These plants are one of the hardiest succulents. They can be grown indoors or outdoors. The long tendrils can grow up to a metre in a season and fill pots very fast. They look very effective in hanging baskets inside your home or outside in a sunny or shady position. The Chain of Hearts do not need frequent watering. Allow to dry out inbetween waterings.
