I'm not sure how the inverted neon effect happened, but I like it! And the low light grain works well for this one.
Lighened image, removed color and worked with gradient adjustment layers in hex# cccccc (light grey) and hex# 333333 (charcoal grey). One levels adjustment layer.

Gross Photos of a Radical Orchiectomy Specimen Showing: A large testicular tumor replacing 90% testicular parenchyma. The ring of uninvolved testicular tissue is in lower portion of the specimen. The cut surface of the tumor is hemorrhagic with areas of necrosis.
