Back to the one remaining structure atop the hill. In retrospect, I guess it couldn't have been used by the CCC officers/senior staff because if it was, I highly doubt the workers would have been dumb enough to blatantly write their names into the stones. Maybe this hilltop area was their recreation/chow hall site?
