The Heppner Civilian Conservation Corps camp was established in 1936, home of Company 297. The camp was at Tupper Butte area prior. This site is now the Morrow County Fairgrounds.

My card for Deborah's April CCC; this one went to dear Betty who has recd it! I used the sketch, the colors (yellow, aqua and pink), plus the theme of rain (with a little friendship thrown in). I bought the raindrop background when it came out but this card was its debut for me. Paired it with an exclusive Hero Arts for Archiver's stamp and cut umbrella. TFL!
