2018 de açtığımız Kadrajımdan Biga sergisinde paralel olarak bu cam sanatçısı dostumuz da el emeği göz nuru eserlerini sergilemiş ve satışa sunmuştu.. Bir anı kaldı ondan.

These illustrations were scanned from "Spacecraft 2000-2100 A.D." by Stewart Cowley. I picked up the book from the Houston Public Library Book Sale. It is part of the Terran Trade Authority Handbook series, which wikipedia says is a set of books published in the late 70s about made up space worlds. Illustrations were provided by J.S. Artists, Ltd.
Chrome-age companions. Aside of their 1950s vintage and made in Germany heritage, these three cameras have a particular matter in common - sticky shutters! Well I think sticky shutter blades rather than the mechanisms themselves. All have had several cleaning sessions in the Fulvue Studios workshops, which resulted in satisfactory working, but only for the blades to gum up some days or weeks later. Lighter fuel certainly does a trick or two in helping, but in these cases it seems not to have removed the gummy residues that, when drying up, stick the blades together. So I have resorted to spirit cleaning with the workshop's proprietary brand of vodka. The blades look nice and clean now, and again seem to be firing sharply. So I shall leave these cameras on the shelf for a while and revisit them to see if the cure is this time more permanent. I bother with them as they are such fine cameras and produce excellent photographs.
A Bridge over the river Cam - CamBridge! Get it! This is at Clare College and was built by Thomas Grumbold and completed in 1640. Apparently, it is the oldest of Cambridge's current bridges.

1x base incolor - Argento
1x Sensual - Única Camada - Colorama
1x base incolor - Argento
A durabilidade é perfeita!

Monster High is by far the best doll line I have ever come across, and it will probably remain that way. The sheer creativity and the variety Mattel brought out was just unbelievable at that price point. And given how much joy a $15 doll brought compared to dolls that cost ten times as much -- yeah, hands down the best line ever!
Anyhow, MH is now a distant past. No hunting for new ghouls anymore, no rush of locating that last box at TRU. But once in a while, I get to go back looking for old releases. This skeleton CAM for instance.
I had passed over her, thinking I did not need her since I had Cupid already. Skelita came along after and the Skeleton CAM was never put on my list. Until recently, when I saw a photo of her fab shoes on a photo at DD and I was a goner.
But, oh boy, the prices have gone up so much in these years. While the CAM pack was still okay, the matching white CAM torso was hard to find and totally crazily priced. So I have gotten myself a regular MH bod which needs to be adjusted to fit the rest.
And that's how my project for the next week or two came to be :D

I couldn't get a good cap of the demo CAM girl, but that's how you're CAM monster
would look with the applied "Skins".
