Joe picked up a new wide-angle lens with his goverment stimulus money, and it had to be tested. What better place in the evening than that crazy Liz Carpenter Fountain at Town Lake Park/Butler Park.

I went to re shoot this, but with a different angle and not only with blue skies but with some clouds and as the sun was coming up. It took forever to process this, as I was getting frustrated cause of the buildings not being detailed enough. Presto!!! I found the correct slider in Photomatix, after a few tries LOL. This is the final product of the shot I took Sunday morning.

Thursday morning panorama practice.
After a large storm with over 1.5 inches of rain last night, it turned out to be beautiful this morning. I could have gotten here about an hour earlier, but I am not too bothered by the bright sun on the right.
