Door de extreme drukte van winkelend publiek uit Nederland was het ov wat de grens met België passeert behoorlijk druk. Ook lijn 19 werd goed gebruikt, en zette Connexxion het gelede materieel in op deze lijn. Op 30 december ben ik met de eerste bus naar Breda gegaan om de geledes op de foto te zetten, rond de klok van 10en passeerde de 9266 de fotograaf op de Graaf Hendrik III laan in Breda.

As of November 2025, The Keighley Bus Company is actively rolling out a new fleet of zero-emission electric buses, which are in the process of completely replacing the older fleet, including the 2005 blue-branded "Shuttle" buses.
On Saturday 15th November 2025, TKBC bus no. 1028 was seen operating Route 662 to Keighley via Shipley and Bingley.
First Halifax Wright Eclipse Gemini bodied Volvo B9TL (Fleet No. 37703 / Registration YJ09 OAX) spotted operating in Bradford. This vehicle is sporting the modern FirstBus Ultraviolet corporate livery and features a prominent side advertisement for the film The Magic Faraway Tree.

First Halifax 33703 is part of a batch of vehicles now based in First Halifax after being transferred from First Aberdeen.
The ADL Enviro400 buses currently based in First Halifax, including bus 33703, have an interesting history as they were originally part of a larger fleet procured by the First Group for the London 2012 Olympic Games shuttle services and the 2014 Commonwealth Games shuttle services.
First Halifax has received numerous transfers of these Enviro400s (and Volvo B9TL Geminis), which form a significant part of their double-decker fleet. Many of these transferred buses have been repainted into the current FirstGroup Ultraviolet corporate livery.
On Sunday 1st February 2026, 33703 was seen operating the Route 576 service between Bradford, Queensbury and Halifax.

Featuring the classic Dublin Bus Volvo B9 with its Alexander Enviro400 bodywork, caught strutting its stuff on route 140 at the southern terminus in Palmerstown Park, Dartry! This double-decker beauty usually sticks to the bustling route 1, so seeing fleet number EV 30 cruising the southside is like spotting a unicorn in a traffic jam. Route 140 runs every 20-30 minutes, whisking passengers from the leafy suburbs to the city center with all the charm of a slightly creaky time machine. A rare treat for locals today!
Now, let’s talk about that ad plastered on the side—BIC lighters starring the unlikely duo of Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg! It’s as if Martha decided to trade her crafting scissors for a lighter to help Snoop spark up some gourmet herb garden vibes. 19377 was 1 of 10 delivered new to Stagecoach Bluebird in October 2008 vehicles been 19369-78, and is one of several to have transferred to East Midlands, to add this was previously registered OO05BLU.
