Fast disappearing from UK streets, the iconic red telephone box and an unusual double red pillar box. Seen from the top of a bus near Islington. I think it unusual to see these two together. Very often these telephone boxes have new uses; not here.
Buddy's brain cells are whizzing round trying to calculate how long of an exposure is best for the waterfall.
I had VIP privileges and was pulled onto the floor next to Buddy Guy and got some awesome shots + was directly behind him in his parade back onto the stage ... what a night!!!
My 1:6 Third Doctor figure arrived today,
Buddy likes the bag it came wrapped in, and fell asleep on it. 🐈
Buddy is much better now... he's eating and drinking a normal amount. He sleeps with me some of or all of the night, He gets into my bedroom closet. He runs around the house. He wants lots of attention again.
His right ear might never look normal again, but that doesn't bother me, as long as he's healthy and happy,
Buddy knows to close his eyes when I take a photo of him.. the flash is very bright...this one didn't come out too bad....I had to make silly noises at him to get his attention...
He followed me into the porch, which is where we keep bottled water, soda, etc. This is the most normal thing he's done in a couple of weeks, I petted him a lot. He loves the attention, but I gotta call the vet Monday.. I think he'll need surgery on that ear...it's very swollen and it really does bother him.
Finally! I photographed Buddy where it was bright enough that the damn flash wouldn't go off.. the flash is what causes him to close his eyes or look away....The reflected light from the snow that fell last night was a big help...
We took Buddy to the vet for surgery on his bad ear this morning. We had breakfast at McDonalds around 9 am, then to Walmart to shop for food - and to Big Lots, as well. it's S'posed to snow Thursday...then home, where we waited until the vet called us to pick Buddy up.. that was around 3 pm... we got him...took him home...then out again to McDonalds for dinner - we were too tired to cook.. then home.... it was a long day....
