One from my Roadside Americana album.
A street performer was taking a cigarette break and left his mask and props behind. Pretty creepy!
Found on the Las Vegas Strip.

It's been very busy the last few weeks, working on both of my photography projects, but I had to take a little time away from them to indulge my new obsession: Breaking Bad. Who else here loves it??
I had enough trouble finding words to describe this self portrait once, so I will not try and replicate it here, but you can read my ramblings over on my blog.
I will say that I can't look at this photo without hearing the intro to the show play in my head.

A Breaking Bad teaser.
The filming location used for Walter White's home was a private residence in a quiet Albuquerque neighborhood.
I traveled to New Mexico last month for work and made some time to drive to Albuquerque to visit some Breaking Bad filming locations. Over the next few weeks I will be loading locations used during the whole five season run of the show. My time was limited on this trip so this will be a work in progress over the next year, or so.
Marc Valdez and his fantastic Breaking Bad blog was my guide for this personal adventure, and I thank him dearly!

Breaking Bad On A Brick Wall
Great series! I have many favorite episodes. In particular is the one where Walter has a hard time killing a fly.
Just got my SEL50F18 50mm Prime lens for my Sony NEX. The results are amazing from this lens. This was shot at my home last night
What would Walter White from Breaking Bad look like as a zombie? He might look like this.
Breaking Bad is my favorite TV show and I wanted to pay tribute to it somehow. Plus, I thought it would be best to make one more quick zombie for 2011.
When I make a 'quick zombie' I only allow myself not much more than an hour to draw. All in all, I think this went pretty well.
I wonder what a Hank Zombie would turn out like? Or Saul Goodman??? Oh my.

Bryan Cranston tells about an early interview he had to play the role of an asshole cowboy type character. He said he went to the audition in character. Walked in, put his boots up on the casting agent's desk and proceeded to be a total jerk. Can you guess how well that worked?
Cranston is very passionate about acting and sharing his knowledge and experience with other actors. This SAG 'Conversation' was an example of his (and the other actors from Breaking Bad) generosity and commitment to sharing his art.
L-R: Burqueño Stephen Michael Quezada, Dean Norris, Betsy Brandt (sorry), Bryan Cranston, RJ Mitte, Anna Gunn.

"Walt's last stand" actually took place exactly between cook site one and cook site two.
This is one of my favorite screen grabs to reproduce. This one shot sums up Walt's five seasons.
On a recent job related trip to New Mexico, I managed to set aside a few days to drive to Albuquerque to visit some of the filming locations used for the TV series "Breaking Bad". My time was short, and the days were shorter. I only managed to cover half of the locations on my list. I plan on adding other locations as I make additional trips to ABQ in the future.
A big Thank-You goes out to Marc Valdez. His excellent "Breaking Bad" Blog was my personal guide.

Walt's second job at the A1A Car Wash. Walt and Skyler end up buying the car wash in episode 311 as a way to launder their money.
