I'm not very handy with close - ups. I finally made one. I'm delivering a photo of a special person to me. The best what I experienced in SL for years. Love you brother.

Hey brother, happy returns
It's been a while now
I bet you thought that I was dead
But I'm still here, nothing's changed
Hey brother, I'd love to tell you
I've been busy
But that would be a lie
'Cause the truth is
The years just pass like trains
I wave but they don't slow down
Hey brother, I see the freaks
Dispossessed on day release
Avoiding the police
I feel I'm falling once again
But now there's no one left to catch me
Hey brother, I feel I'm living in parentheses
And I've got trouble with the bills
Do the kids remember me?
Well I got gifts for them
And for you more sorrow
But I'm feeling kind of drowsy now
So I'll finish this tomorrow

Dove Crag and High Hartsop Dodd reflecting amongst the wonderful autumn colours of the Water Lilies. Not quite a Monet...
Yesterday I'm gone in the field and I found in a pond a lot of tadpoles and I thought to take some to breed them and when they become a toads, I will lead them home to leave free!
Obviously, I've taken the opportunity to try some underwater shots with my MP-E... This is my first attempt to this technique.
Handheld stack (16shots) taken with 6D, MP-E, at about 2,5X, flash MK320 over the aquarium.
I think it possible to do it better but for now I hope you like it and I thank you for your visits, faves and comments that are always very appreciated!

These are two cheetah brothers. I had the privilege of following them one late afternoon/early evening on my last visit to the Maasai Mara, Kenya . They went from termite mount to termite mound and put on quite the show. We stayed with them until we had to head back to camp for the night.
Hope everyone has a great start to their week.
The Chobe river in Botswana is one of the two best wildlife destinations I have been fortunate enough to visit in Africa( the Maasai Mara being the other).
While it's super well known for elephants, you can also see a variety of other animals including hippo, buffalo, crocs, and birdlife.

Another picture from the city botanical garden. Every time you visit this place you find some new plant blooming. Subjects for the photography are just waiting for us:-)
Thank you for all the comments and favs, my friends.
Funny story with this AV. I just got it last night, then hopped over to Cocoon for a pic. ANd literally 10 feet away is a guy also wearing the AV! So naturally, I stole the idea for that mask from him, and 'borrowed' his name as a credit!

Two young wild jaguars - they were about 2 years old at the time of this photo and were hunting together, despite the fact that jaguars usually live alone after they are separeted from their mothers. The behavior is fascinating. At Pantanal, beach of Cuiaba River.
