Taken at the Bronx zoo,
It is since 1980, more than 120 species of amphibians gone extinct! The entire populations of amphibians are dramatically getting wiped out. A devastating fungus is reportedly responsible for this precarious position the amphibians have reached.

Bronx–Whitestone Bridge.
Once again thank you very much for visits, favorite and comments. It's much appreciated.
Silent gratitude isn't much use to anyone.

From the drive up to the Bronx on New Year's Eve, just couldn't resist the opportunities all those lights presented while driving over the GW Bridge. I wanted to send out a huge thanks for all the love you've been showing me lately, I appreciate every comment, fav & good vibe coming my way...even if I didn't win the lotto! Happy Bokeh Wednesday everyone! Hope your hump day starts off well!

Cleaned up, sober 24/7, working as a part-time UPS supervisor, going to Lehman College part-time, living on my own in a studio apartment watching the 2 train whiz by every eight minutes, going to The World on Friday nights, almost never taking any pictures, and despite having the space to set up a small darkroom, the equipment, and supplies would remain packed in crates before donating it to Roy Reid at Urban Academy High School in 2007. Roy says that equipment is still being used by his students.
The Bronx - Whitestone Bridge has been on my bucket list for years, and I finally got to shoot it last weekend. Taken at "sunset" from Francis Lewis Park in Queens.
This is a local tattoo shop in the Bronx that recently changed the artwork along the side of the building where it is located and without a doubt is one of the most impressive bits of street art I've seen in a while.
Michael Figdor
And the book is on the table and the phone is in the corner of the room.
Michael asked me if the glass was half full ...
Yes, my glass is empty
as the thoughts that ran out of my mind,
The sun that burned my skin
amplified the echo
of the white wine pouring down on my moments of solitude.
Am I alone, or is the world getting to be half empty?
Is it a game and who is it to blame?
God is mad ...
And I stayed there, staring at the phone,
not reading, surfing, drinking,
just empty,
as the thoughts that I had and I couldn't catch as it was burglarized by my brain,
and as hot as the Phoenician Sun, I felt no pain.
Everything seems to be empty
I hear half truth and I drink half glasses full of lies,
I don't know what to believe anymore
Is everything full, empty or just diluted?
I think outside of the box
some kids will get chicken pox, adults are scared to death...
I make no sense, it doesn't make any sense.
I'm leaving in the past tense,
or just tense, with uninterrupted news, metrics, analytics, craziness, graphs, and the weather report.
And the glass seats half full, because the other half evaporated like thin smoke, I think Michael that it just got polluted or diluted and while I can,
let me go collect my brain, scarred on the sidewalk, I cannot think straight today.
Maybe I drank to much water.
Is it full or half full or half empty?
I don't know.
Maybe I'll know tomorrow.
