We found out that Boo has Bone Cancer about a week ago. I was very sad. I cried off and on for two day. We don't know how much time he has left with us. He is happy to go for car rides and the pain meds are helping. We just want to enjoy this time with him. Thank you to Aiko for helping me through those ruff days.

A person who has undergone two times surgery elsewhere came with broken implant associated with pain .
He underwent Revision of the knee joint with better , longer implant and was made to stand next day and made to walk from 2nd
post-operative day.
A technically demanding procedure.
When we see the result , we understand that Life never gives up on anybody .

I can't state this boy's name because his session is going to be a gift, but he recently crossed the Rainbow Bridge. His session was booked because he was diagnosed with bone cancer, so it was pretty sad... and it's very, very sad editing his session right now :( RIP, buddy. It was nice to have known you, though briefly.

95 % sure it is the dreadfull bone cancer at this moment.
The other 5 % could be a severe inflammation of the bone due to an injury.
Vet took also x ray photos of his chest and lungs. Those areas seem not affected.
Next we could do a biopsy (take some of the affected bone in surgery) but those are not always reliable.
At this point, i'm unsure what to do next. But when I find the words, i'll let you know.

When the late Osa began having difficulty walking on slippery floors, all the house's throw rugs were place in the main tiled hall, and the kitchen was blocked with a flimsy gate which Osa honored. Even so, sometimes she would just lay down in the hall next to the office and chill. Sleepy big girl, belly up, one of her favorite positions as it inspires tummy rubs in humans. Born on the 3th of August 2003 Yanneke left us today 4th of April 2013.....
I'm sure he had an happy life - he was a nice dog, loved by everybody.... and by taking age, he was even more friendly than ever before!
Suffering of bonecancer, his behind legs were paralysed the last week. I didn't want him to suffer so I had to call the vet today......... end of a lovestory!

40 year old while playing had a fall and sustained this complex elbow joint fracture. And also this is his dominant side.
With wonderful Implants and technique , he underwent fracture fixation and elbow reconstruction under my care .
I have attached a video which shows the stability of fixation in movement .
Fixation was fine and expect near normal recovery in a short while.

Sara, helpless with laughter, at the embarrassment of her son, Alexander when the restaurant staff came in singing "Happy Birthday!". A wonderful meal, a great occasion, a lot of laughs.
A person with knee pain underwent both knee replacement. Later developed pain in one side and after investigation it was found due to loosening of implant.
REVISION TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT was done and the person became pain free.
A Revision implant has extension called stems which help in anchoring implant in to the canal of the bone.
The x Ray pictures show both types of implant.

Must know types of Bone Cancer..!!!
Bone cancers is a distinctly rare disease in which cancer cells develop inside the bone tissue. Cancer occurs inside the body without order, not as normal cells divide in a regulated manner. If cells continue dividing uncontrollably while new cells are not wanted in the body, a mass of tissue called a boom or tumor appear. This is mostly referred as cancers referring to malignant tumors, which could invade close by tissues and spread to other elements of the body.
A benign tumor does not invade or spread. Types of bone cancer are of the following type:
1.Osteosarcoma, a cancerous tumor of the bone, commonly of the arms, legs, or pelvis; the maximum common primary most cancers.
2.Chondrosarcoma, most cancers of the cartilage; the second maximum common number one most cancers.
3.Ewing’s sarcoma, tumors that normally increase inside the cavity of the leg and arm bones.
4.Fibrosarcoma and malignant fibrous histiocytoma, cancers that develop in smooth tissues and flow to the bones of the legs, arms, and jaw.
5.Giant cellular tumor, a primary bone tumor that is malignant approximately 10% of the time; most not unusual in the arm or leg bones.
6.Chordoma, number one bone tumor that commonly happens inside the skull or backbone.

Max passed on to his peace on Monday morning, July 28th, 2008. His leg would no longer do what it needed him to do in order to be able to go outside. He refused his food and hid his face from us. He had awoken Sunday night in pain and I started him on morphine. He is now out of pain and I know he will be in heaven to greet me when I arrive. My heart is heavy and my tears have not stopped, they will in time.... in time.....
