Als we dan toch met fabrieksnieuwe locomotieven bezig zijn, heb ik nog een plaatje uit het archief van 2019. Namelijk in mei 2019 ontving Rhenus Rail haar eerste van 6 Bombardier Traxx 186's welke zij besteld had voor dochterbedrijf LTE. Het betreft de LTE 186 941 welke inmiddels rondrijdt in "atTRACKtive Forces" kleurstelling. Echter kreeg ze deze bestickering pas in maart van dit jaar waardoor ze bijna een jaar als een knalblauwe smurf rondgereden heeft. Inmiddels zijn 5 van de 6 locomotieven geleverd en is nummer 6 bijna opgeleverd.
Op de foto passeert de toen nog compleet blauwe en brandschone LTE 186 941 met de Mannheim-Shuttle het Brabantse plaatsje Hulten onderweg vanuit de Maasvlakte West naar het Duitse Mannheim. Een intercity vanuit Eindhoven Centraal naar Den Haag Centraal vult het gaatje achter de loc op!
Am 01. September 2020 rückte die ITL 118 552-9 mal wieder aus, fuhr nach Bautzen und holte vom Bomardier-Werk eine komplette IC2-Garnitur - incl. 147 580-5 - ab. Die werkseigene V60, namens "Bombardier 1", schob kraftvoll nach.
Das Albinozebra war Anfang des Jahres 2015 noch nicht lange im Dienst bei Lokomotion. Am Anfang war ich eher skeptisch ob die weißen Streifen denn auch wirklich zur Geltung kommen würden. Glücklicherweise konnte ich am 10.02.15 die Lok am Rangierbahnhof München Ost antreffen und eine Nachtaufnahme machen. Um die Streifen etwas hervorzuheben wurde die Lok von der Seite angeblitzt.
Von Hamburg aus fährt Metrans die beiden Containerterminals Nürnberg-Hafen und München-Riem an. Für den innerdeutschen Verkehr nutzt Metrans fast ausschließlich Loks der Baureihe 187. Am 11. September 2023 war es die angemietete 187 508 von Akiem, welche bei Rosenbach einen Containerzug gen Ansbach am Haken hatte.
Na het vastleggen van DB Cargo met de Flandersbach-kalk/staaltrein zag ik op het inhaalspoor bij Meteren een witte neus verschijnen. Ik vermoedde dat het om een Traxx ging en besloot nog zo'n vijf minuten te wachten. Eerst passeerde RFO (kale Railpool Vectron) met een dramatisch beladen containertrein.
Vanachter kwam vervolgens Lineas 2107 (ex-IRP) met gasketels en op datzelfde moment kwam de trein op het wachtspoor in beweging. We zien Lineas 186 294 een gemengde goederentrein (ex-GXN?) van 9 staalwagens en 6 ketelwagens over de Betuweroute passeren richting Emmerich.
De G2000 met gasketels ging direct hierna het zojuist vrijgekomen inhaalspoor op en is achterin de foto nog te zien.
DB Cargo AG (Deutsche Bahn group): the electric locomotive 185 025 (TRAXX F140 AC1, built by Bomardier in 2001 with works number 33422 and EVN 91 80 6185 025-4 D-DB) heads a locomotive of the same series, and of a mixed goods train, passing through the central station of Trier.
Unbranded Great Western Railway Class 387 "Electrostar" 387148 trails class mate 387149 through Tamworth Low Level Station, while on a Crewe-Wembley Euro Freight Operations Centre test run.

Bombardier CJ-215-6B11 F-ZBME, operated by the French Sécurité Civile for fire fighting purposes, is about to pick up water from the harbour in Ajaccio, Corsica, on 14th September 2024. This was part of a short display for those gathered, the majority of whom were on board Cunard's cruise ship 'Queen Anne' which was moored just off picture to the left.
DB Cargo AG (Deutsche Bahn group): the electric locomotive 185 188 (TRAXX F140 AC1, built by Bomardier in 2004 with works number 33672 and EVN 91 80 6185 188-0 D-DB) tows a freight train through Oschatz station.
Decorated in a livery saluting the Armed Forces, NJ Transit ALP-45DP no. 4502 pushes east along the shore of Raritan Bay.
Metrans Rail s.r.o.: an intermodal train through the main railway station of Bremen, headed by the Czech-registered multi-system electric locomotive 386 008 (a TRAXX F140 MS, built by Bomardier in 2014 with works number 35161 and EVN 91 54 7386 008-7 CZ-MT).

East Midlands Railway 222006 seen at Leeds before oporating 1C02 2036 Leeds to Derby via Wakefield Kirkgate
A pair of Blue Line trains meets at Downtown East Station in front of the new US Bank Stadium, which will open in the fall of 2016, and host the Super Bowl in 2018.
Tip of the hat to Robert Ball for posting a set of shots from up here last week; what a great spot!
Downtown East is the easternmost station served by both the Blue and Green Lines; the Green Line forks to the left to St. Paul, the Blue Line goes right towards the Mall of America.
I believe this is the first time I've bagged a shot with three Metro trains in it - there's a third Green Line train waiting in the queue above the skyway on the left.
Die Canadair CL-415 ist ein kanadisches Amphibienflugzeug, das als Löschflugzeug und als Patrouillenflugzeug genutzt wird.. Sie wurde aus der Canadair CL-215 weiterentwickelt. Während die CL-215 von Sternmotoren angetrieben wird, besitzt die CL-415 zwei Propellerturbinen Pratt & Whitney Canada PW123AF mit je 2.380 WPS. Bisher wurden ca. 125 CL-215 und 80 CL-415 gebaut.
Die CL-415 kann 6.123 Liter Löschwasser mit sich führen.
Der Sécurité Civile in Frankreich besitzt 12 CL-415.
