O'Dwyer established her fashion label in 2021, a few years after graduating from the Royal College of Art and has developed an innovative design practice centred on celebrating diverse body shapes and sizes. Her work often incorporates techniques such as life-casting, silicone moulding, and experimental pattern cutting to create garments for a wide range of bodies rather than conforming to conventional sample-size standards.

Through inclusive casting, adaptive sizing, and sculptural designs, O'Dwyer questions the exclusionary nature of luxury fashion and advocates for greater representation on the runway and in clothing production. For her Fashion in Motion show Sinead created 15 garments which combine striking visual aesthetics with a strong social message, positioning fashion as a tool for empowerment, accessibility, and self-acceptance
