The first Veterans Treatment Court (VTC) was started in 2008 in Buffalo. There are 220 operational VTCs in the United States with approximately 11,000 veterans currently participating. Today, Sec. 今日のコースは非常にアップダウンがキツくて、激しく消耗するコースのようです。
それでも寛平さん「まだバッチリ行かんとな、頑張るでえ！」と張り切っています。
そこで「よう足もってますね」と言うと
得意げな顔でカメラをビシッと指差し「俺がな、この足もってんのはな！お前ら分からんと思うけど…」
(ゴソゴソ…)
寛平さん「これや！煮干しや！俺は煮干しの寛さんって言われとんねん！(パクッ)」
「良い子のみんな！強くなろうと思ったら…(興奮して声うらがえりながら)
おやつに煮干しや煮干し!!(パクッ)」
「分かったか良い子のみんな！頭も良くなるよ！」
突然、思い出したかのように「煮干しの寛さん」復活です。

This year, an outstanding 1200 blogs were submitted for the prestigious awards, with a total of 800 blogs making the longlist which was then whittled down to 600 for the shortlist and finally, just 300 made it to the finalist round. The judging included three rounds; the first two which were judged by their peers and the final round was judged by media/journalism and PR professionals.

本日の朝は少し寒いのですが、
休養日の昨日、寛平さんはゆっくり休めたようで、
寛平さん「よっしゃー行くでーーー！」
寒さを吹き飛ばすくらい、元気一杯に走り出しました。
さらに、、、
寛平さん「体は完璧に男やな！」
寛平さんのホルモンバランスも男性に戻ったようで、
朝から金芽米のご飯を、大き目の茶碗で２杯も食べていました。
カザフスタン後半戦！
幸先の良いスタートが切れました。

段々畑の山間の道を走っていると、農家とは違う作業をする家を見つけました。
覗いてみると、何やらパラボラアンテナらしき物を作っているのですが、日本で見たことのあるそれとは全く違い、金属製ではないんです。
まずパラボラの本体は直径１．５mほどの大きさで、どうやらコンクリートで作られているようです。
そして電波を集める湾曲した内部には、３cm角位の大きさの鏡が全面に貼り付けられていました。
驚きなのは、１枚のアンテナを作るのに、２〜３人が手作業で行っていたんです。
何から何まで手作り、中国のマンパワー恐るべし!
鳴沙山の中にあるもう一つの名所「月牙泉」
門から徒歩で１５分ほどで行けるんですが、ここはせっかくなので駱駝に乗って向いました。
寛平さんテンション上がって「駱駝だ！駱駝だ！いっしょでぃ〜〜！」と
意味の分からないことを言うと、叫びたくなったのか「ア〜〜メ〜〜マ〜〜！！」

数時間後…
頭はマイケルジャクソン。顔は全く寛平さんのまんま…
「ジャクソンやろ、ジャクソンやろ」
そんな事言ってても、踊れるといったら「盆踊り」ぐらいです。
寛平さん「でも、ジャクソンになったやろ？」
辻「せめて「マイケル」って言って下さい…」

Ｅ３３ ２６ Ｗ１４１ ２３ 風がなくエンジンで南下中。黒潮に逆らっているのか艇速がのびません。まもなく夕日と写真を撮ろうとデッキに出たらかもめが遊びに来ました。いらっしゃーい。寛平さんを起こして2ショットを撮ろうと思ったら飛んでいってしまいました。また長い夜です。たった2度目。寛平さんが怖がるのですこし一緒にいようと思います。早く来い来い25度線。
今日はじめて料理をするが、まったくギゃレー（台所）こなれてなくうどんをつくるだけでてんやわんや！よく使うものを整理する。生卵入りうどんは「うまい！」とおいしく食べていました。
