Stumbled upon in London today whilst shopping... In the Heals store an exquisite spiral staircase was built at the back of the building, taking customers up to the new Mansard Gallery on the fourth floor. Known as The Brewer Staircase, this beautiful structure is still a big draw for visitors, and the subject of blog-posts from architecture enthusiasts who rave about its graceful sweep and honey-coloured wood. 本日は、特番班の取材を受けながらも、
しっかりと４５ｋｍは走りました。
懐かしく嬉しい顔を見た寛平さんは、
やはりエネルギー満タンになったようで、
休憩ポイントでも話が尽きません。
ＲＵＮ自体にはちょっと時間がかかってしまいましたが、
この２日間、寛平さんは本当に楽しみながら走れたようです。

日中の気温は４９℃もあるのですが、
肌に突き刺すような日差しではなくなってきているので、
やはり日中も秋の気配が出てきました。

この後、生沼さんや特番班が帰るので、
最後の晩餐です。
寛平さんも今日は少しだけハメを外して、
黄金色のアイツを少し飲んじゃうかもしれません。

self-portrait at Venice Beach Boardwalk

The world famous Venice Beach Boardwalk is stretching about one a half miles along the sands of the Pacific Ocean. Two years ago I was given 20 minutes by a crazy VIP tour guide to discover what Venice Beach was which allowed me just to walk through a crowd of street performers to see the Ocean, take one breath, and come back. This time I had as much time as I wanted.
I took this reflected self-portrait there. I think I saw a mirror deep inside, but only after looking at this picture on my computer, I realized it gave the double reflection.

『ぬまっちが来てくれました』
おはようございます。
今朝、日本から吉本クリエイティブ、エイジェンシーの生沼君が来てくれ
ました。寛平さんの隣に写っている人です。その隣の方は、アメリカの
コーディネーターをされているアキさんです。
生沼君は、間家では「ぬまっち」と呼んでいます。ぬまっちは、会社に
入った新入社員の時に寛平さんの担当マネージャーになりました。
私達の子供達と年齢も変わらないので、息子が一人増えたように思いお付
き合いをしていました。息子の慎太郎の大学の入学式にも一緒に出席して
くれたりし慎太郎もぬまっちには何でも相談していたようです。
一度、担当が変わり何年後かに、また今度はチーフマネージャーとして担
当してくれました。その時は、娘の美代の結婚式があり、ぬまっちに力に
なってもらいました。
そして、今度は寛平さんが６月１日にHDRという治療を受けるの
で、その前に会いにきてくれました。
節目、節目に間家を支えてくれているぬまっちには感謝しています。
寛平さんは「嬉しいなあ 嬉しいなあ」を連発しています。
