What happens when you combine Alien back egineered technology from the Pakistani Secret UFO Research Facility and a not so conventional Bedford Truck? You get a Bedford Triker. You better be just not a good pilot of one of these but a darn good pilot because you are going be nagotiating busy and very friendly packed streets at more than 300MPH between buildings and hyperdrive scooters so get out the dramamine and some biryani because we are going to be hitting the streets in one of these nice rides 50' above the ground.

Takeaway chicken biryani - this was quite good. Aromatic, flavourful and light - despite the quantity.

Dhaka, Bangladesh.

A melange of rice, meat and spices, cooked in unison over a fatigued fire – pearls of rice, succulent cuts of meat, an ensemble of spices, fried onion that’s caramelised to decadence, dollops of ghee and a splash of milk, tempting strands of golden saffron playing bo-peep amidst the rice and an indulgence of kewra, rose water and ittar. All cooked to luxuriant perfection.
