It was summer and very hot, we heard on the radio that the horses on the Bile plateau lacked water, and we took some 200 liters in canisters, as much as could fit in a personal car. It's not much, but a small drop and a sign of good will. Fortunately, it rained tomorrow and the puddles from which the horses drink filled up at least a little. These two beauties looked at us gratefully and posed for this wonderful photo.
Towing service in Romania: after a railcar apparently broke down on the branch line from Lovrin to Nerău, curtly the railcar coming from Cenad was taken to hook up the wrecked railcar together with the waiting passengers. This caused, that Caravelle 57 543 needed to switch direction in Lovrin, drive to Nerău and then head back towards Lovrin and Timișoara along with the broke down Caravelle. For railcar 57 543 this implied a doubled exertion. In Biled the highly delayed railcars passed a waiting grain train, which was loaded at that time. Even the driver of the 69 076 seemed to watch interested in direction of the unscheduled towing service.
