The Aulne monastery (Abbaye d'Aulne) was once a Benedictine and then a Cistercian monastery - and now it is mostly in ruins. It was founded already in 637 and came under Cistercian rule in 1147. The monastery had many ups and downs, with its last golden era in the 18th century. But the monastery was sacked by French revolutionaries in 1794 and turned to ruins.

Station Antwerpen-Centraal (door de Antwerpenaren ook wel het Centraal Station, de Middenstatie of de Spoorwegkathedraal genoemd, in het spoorwegjargon ook ingekort tot Antwerpen-Centraal) is het centraal station aan het Koningin Astridplein in Antwerpen. Van 1873 tot begin 2007 was het een kopstation, een station waar alle treinen moesten keren. Op 23 maart 2007 werd een tunnel met twee doorgaande sporen onder het station en een deel van de stad Antwerpen geopend.

Antwerp Central Station (by the people of Antwerp also called the Central Station, the Central Railway or Statie Cathedral, in the railway jargon shortened to Antwerp Central) is the main station at the Queen Astrid Square in Antwerp. From 1873 to early 2007 was a terminal station, a station where all trains had to reverse. On March 23, 2007 opened a tunnel with two through tracks under the station and part of the city of Antwerp.

Bene, mi sono accorta di 2 cose: ero convinta di aver postato questa foto ma in realtà non l'ho mai fatto, e da un sacco di tempo non carico niente qui...quindi...2 in uno! :D

Il pavé è un tradizionale tipo di pavimentazione stradale formato da cubetti di pietra o di porfido.Veniva usato sin nell'antica Roma per la realizzazione di strade. Il Pavè è reso famoso anche dalle corse in linea di ciclismo su strada che si tengono ogni anno in primavera tra il Belgio e il nord della Francia, caratterizzate dalla presenza di numerosi tratti di pavé. Le tre grandi classiche del pavè hanno tutte almeno trenta tratti in pavè e sono; Gand-Wevelgem, Giro delle Fiandre e Parigi-Roubaix.
